KitchenAid 9-speed Digital Hand Mixer w/ Wire Whisk & Blender Rod is rated 3.2 out of 5 by 142.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointed The mixer, although having 9 speeds, is still slower at it's highest speed than cheaper ones I have had. The biggest issue I have is the cord is on the bottom side, same as beaters, so when you are mixing, the extra thickness hits side of bowl keeping it from moving freely and knocks bowl around. They need to put cord in back, or where it will not interfere with its operation.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Have One Now Gifting One I bought this for myself about 3 years ago, and I just bought one for my son’s gf. It is now on sale $10 cheaper, so I will notify customer service and try to get a refund. I have the red cinnamon, bought her the ice blue. I understand people saying it needs to a bit stronger, but this does anything an average cook needs to do. I have a large stand mixer for bread doughs and multiple batches. Really good deal at this price point.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product I love my hand Kitchen Aid mixer it is one of my favorite items in the kitchen. It is great not having to use my large mixer for my quick mixes. Thank you kitchen aid for a great product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Quality This mixer has very little power and the attachments do not fit properly in the mixer. I expected Kitchen Aid to produce a quality product so I was very surprised and disappointed that this mixer is useless and I had to throw it away.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Very Disappointed I have purchased many KitchenAide appliances and this one was of lesser quality. When I turned this one on, it was very noisy and that was before I put it in a bowl to mix anything. It appeared to be cheap and would not last long. This was to be a gift. I sent it back. Very disappointed in KitchenAide.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Just What I Wanted This item does exactly what I thought it would do… those smaller tasks where you don’t need the stand mixer. In the short time I’ve had it, I’ve grabbed it again and again and I love the convenience of this hand mixer and its power.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worked Once What is going on with KitchenAid? I have a 9 speed hand mixer that I have had for 5+ years and it works great. I bought one for my daughter in September as a gift and the 2nd time she used it it started making a high pitched whining noise. Must be the motor. Of course it was past the return date. I just purchased her a replacement so she can use during the holiday baking season. If it has problems...which seems likely...from the reviews KitchenAid will have lost a customer.
