Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very disappointed Broke after 3rd use, just died in the middle of use. Very disappointed in kitchen aid. Called customer service only to be put on hold for over half hour and still no answer. Sending back to qvc, will not purchase kitchen aid again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It's a Kitchen Aid! I am sure I am going to love this product. Disappointed when I tried to register it with Kitchen Aid. Showed as no such model. Didn't receive a registration card with the product. I had to call Kitchen Aid to register, took over half hour and they didn't have the product serial number on file. I was told they would force it into the system. I Thought there would be a few recipes to get started, but no. Any way- Kitchen Aid is a good product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Happier with this than many others I have had many other food processors, including the largest Kitchen Aid with all the "doo-dads." This one is much easier to use and get the last little bit of whatever out. It is easier to store and assemble..but , and perhaps it is user error, but it seems like storing the chopping and utility blade just don't fit in great...again,,,maybe user error...but definitely glad I bought this one

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Product A great addition to my Kitchenaid appliance! Was bigger than I thought it would be originally; however, the convince of all blades fitting inside the bowl makes for easy quick storage. Considering ordering another for a wedding gift- so versatile.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice in between size for food prep I bought this model to replace the 3.5 cup KitchenAid food chopper and when the food prep didn't rate using my 15-cup Breville. It's just right for in-between needs. I thought the motor would be a bit more powerful, but it gets the job done. Used it for chopping some veggies for Thxgiving stuffing, and it did a good job. Also, the slicing and grating disks work well. Would not use it for dough, you really need a larger model.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from By Good Got it for my birthday. Used it a few times. Day before thanksgiving used it and it died. Let it sit for a while to see if it would work again. Sadly to say it’s dead. It will go back to Q.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A dream come true I've always wanted to replace my super old food processor but had never found one that would wow me until I saw Ms. Varrelli showing how easy to use and how much this machine can do. I've been using it almost non stop since the day I received it I just love it and will recommend it to everyone. Oops got to go, I have a pumpkin soup to make.
