Rated 4 out of 5 by from Some disappointment Rec'd the proccessor used it to shred carrots and zucchini and then noticed the low button I used got stained from the carrot ! And wouldn't come off ! This never happened with cheaper processors I have had. Also the feed price has no grip so the carrot about 3 inches of it left ended up spinning inside the top because nothing to really hold it there, that was disappointing, had to keep opening it up to get it out, ended up poking it aliitle with a steak knife so I could finish shredding it so it would stay in place, it wasn't even a really thin carrot either, same happened with zucchini. Altho what it did shred it did a nice job.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product !! This is a great processor. What I like best about QVC, is the video that they show when purchasing. It is a huge help, as I can go back and look at it at any time to get more help on how to use the unit. The best online purchasing place.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Kitchenaid processor I am disappointed, especially for the money. It’s very difficult to clean the crevices in the cover. When I shred cabbage , carrots, any vegetable, there’s a gap between the blade and the food. It grates just so far then the last pice just drops into the blade and spins around. I still have to pick out chunks and chop by hand. Also, I find it difficult to make the blades all fit back inside the way it came. I think I will stop buying kitchen aid:(

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Damage First thing I noticed when unpacking was tiny cracks all around the top of the feed shoot. When I have the top opened and in holder, the small pusher falls out. Also, when closing the lid, it's hard to lock because the lock is not lined up right. Entire machine seems cheaply made. Sending back for a refund.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great food processor Having moved into a small apartment, we needed a smaller food processor that would fit under the cabinet, as our 13 cup unit was too big for that. This seven cup unit fits the bill perfectly. The bonus of all the accessories fitting in the unit for storage is an added bonus. I like the simplicity of how the bowl locks in place on the unit, as well as the flip down locking lid. Making it easier to use and clean. It works flawlessly. The only downside I can see is the smaller feed chute. But I understand that is the trade-off for a smaller unit. A smaller unit won't be able to handle as large an item being fed down a chute as its larger brethren can. That said, it has handled everything I have used it for thus far without batting an eye. The one thing I wish is that if I could order the fine slicing/shredding disc that I see comes with the nine cup unit in the same line. But I can not find that disc available anywhere.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Upgraded This replaced the 3-1/2 cup chopper I bought last fall. Nothing wrong with the smaller one, which I loved, but decided I occasionally need a slightly larger one. Took the smaller one to the cabin. A big selling point for me is the compact storage! Love this new one. Working great. Those that feel like the chute isn't large enough & want the ability to push a large veggie in at once, are missing the point of a 7-cup processor - or they didn't watch the demonstrations. This works as demonstrated.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from 7 cup Kitchenaid food processor I liked the food processor for its operation and ease of storage. However I found the feed tube too small in diameter. I had to cut Onion, or Cabbage so small in order for it to fit in the tube for slicing, it defeated the purpose of saving time over just using a knife.
