Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not Sure Twice now my new machine has turned off while mixing, Eventually it comes back on. Overheating? It was while mixing bread dough.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this mixer I bought this in the Orange Sorbet, which is actually light yellow and quite pretty. I have the Pro series 6 qt mixer and I love it, but, I wanted a mixer for smaller quantities and this fits the bill. I can always count on KitchenAid for high quality and durable products so I don't mind paying for this brand. Well worth every penny as these mixers (also have their hand-mixer and hand blender, and two food processors) will last for many years. You can't go wrong with this beautiful mixer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome mixer! I love this small mixer, it is made very solid, as all Kitchenmaid mixers are, perfect for a single person or couple. I have had other mixers including the pro 600 with the bowl lift for heavy mixing and bread and they are fantastic, but I really love the size and look ( matte black) of this for every day use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect I was looking for a mixer that would not dominatet the kitchen counter. This is the perfect size mixer. I am so glad that I purchased it. It fits perfect on my small counter.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Have wanted one for years, the days of mixing and kneading with my arthritic hands are over. This mini is the perfect size for me since I cut most recipes in half.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect! I love this mixer! I had given my daughter my 25 year old KitchenAid stand mixer, It still worked perfectly, but I thought I'd get by with a hand mixer instead of lugging out the heavy stand mixer. I ended up missing the old stand mixer, but not its weight. This mixer is lighter, fits under cabinets, and accommodates the smaller batches of recipes I now make. The silver model I chose is great looking and has a smaller counter footprint, so leaving it out doesn't take up too much counter real estate.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quiet Made dough for peach cobbler. It was soo quiet. The machine did it all. Soo cool to watch it come together. Perfect size for the two of us. I love all the attachments it comes with. The bowl is deeper than I thought. Definitely recommend it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this! I am so tickled that I bought this "mini" mixer. I lost my full-sized Kitchenaid 10 years ago during a flood and couldn't justify replacing it when it's just me at home now. Then I saw the on-air demo for this version and, with the free shipping and six easy pays, I couldn't say no. It's the perfect size for me. I especially love that I can tilt the head back easily while it's still beneath my upper cabinets. Means I don't have to pull it out from under them to use it. I have celiac so have to live a gluten-free life. Scratch-made gluten-free baked goods are so much better than premade, but are a pain to make with a hand mixer. Last night I tried this out by making a batch of oatmeal cookies. The baked cookie texture was noticeably better than those I've made with my Kitchenaid handheld. And since this little guy gets to live on my counter, guess I'll be donating my hand mixer. I expect this to be a workhorse. Totally recommend!
