Rated 1 out of 5 by from doesn't work right I try to get the container off and it gives me a hard time. When I do finally get it off it won't go back on. So I can't use it so I will be sending it back\.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed I trusted the KitchnAid quality of the padt. No more. A piece of screw plastic came loose and is trapped inside the housing. I will not take a chance of it coming loose and getting into the food. I used it very little before this happened. I want my money back on this one.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bowl Stuck I cannot get the bowl off of the base of the chopper. I have tried everything and it will not budge. Since there is no handle there is nothing to use for leverage.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Umm something went wrong in design As much as I love and trust the name Kitchenaid I am SOOOOO not impressed with this little machine. Yes it does a great job chopping but handling it is near impossible for the average person. Even my husband had a hard time with it and swears he will never use it again. Well sadly that makes 2 of us. It is simply to wide to easily turn to open or close. Someone needs to go back to the drawing board on this one. Maybe add a handle like you have on the large food processor. That should take care of it really.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Very disappointed in my purchase I was so happy with this Kitchen Aid chopper and talked my daughter into buying it for herself. Needless to say, it decided not to chop items now. The blades go around however it won't chop anything. Very disappointed. It isn't even 1 year old yet!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Locked Together Unbelievable. I’ve used this many times and it works great. Today I use it and I can’t get the spindle to release to take the bowl off the motor unit. This is my second kitchenaid processor I’ve returned. The first was the large unit. It failed to lock in place and engage the motor. I appreciate that QVC is taking responsibility and let me return both defective items for a full refund. However I will not be buying kitchenaid again.
