Rated 4 out of 5 by from Press The Button & You Are Your Way! So far - so good. I've only used this chopper a few times - so far I love it. It's easy to put the cup on & it's easy to use & I love the cord wrapper! I am glad I did not let the bad reviews change my mind on buying this.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from To hard to get it to work. When you can get it to start after getting it all back together and after getting mad because you have it together right but still have to work at it to get locked into place then it works great. It's a pain to get it to run and start doing what it's made to do. The design is flawed. You could still have safety feature with out all the hassle. Its past the 30 days so cant return so I'll throw it in the trash. Takes to much time to mess with and I'd have better luck just chopping stuff by hand or use my bullet that is very easy to use and no hassle.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good little chopper. Still trying to decide whether I love it or not. It does a good job, but being a senior citizen with some lack of strength in my hands I have a hard time getting the bowl and lid locked and unlocked. Wish there was some sort of gripper or something to hold on to when I am trying to lock and unlock the lid or bowl.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Purchase! Love, love, love my little Kitchen Aid chopper! At first I wanted to throw it against the wall...lol...because I couldn't take the dang lid off. I followed the diagram, I thought, but it wasn't coming off! So, I got myself calm and said to myself: The lady on tv had no problem at all taking off the lid so it must be a simple thing to do that I'm making complicated!! Bingo! If I lift ONLY the black part of the lid and turn clockwise, SNAP! Comes off so easily!! I love, love, love that I discovered the secret to taking off that dang lid cause it's is a mighty, fast little chopper--and came with TWO bowls! Can't beat it with a stick:)

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Too difficult It wasn't fast and easy. I did finally get it set up, and it chopped what I had cut into about 1" pieces. It was not very easy to remove the top and put it back on quickly. I tried it multiple times and it chopped well but was not quick and easy.
