KitchenAid 11 Cup Food Processor w/ Exact Slice & 3 Cup Mini Bowl is rated 2.8 out of 5 by 9.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from worst product ever purchased It has never worked , the front buttons do not turn on, I have spent alot of time on utube and kitchenaide site to check and recheck to make sure I was putting together correctly. I recently read the same problems with other customers and of course unable to return.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from very disappointed When I opened the box I liked what I saw, especially the tool box to store all the parts of the food processor. and then I tried to use it... the buttons were impossibly hard to press, even my husband had a hard time, and the bowl wouldn't close properly so the machine didn't turn on. I had a Cuisinart before and I never had any problems using it, this Kitchenaid product is difficult to use and I tired of fighting it every time I use it. I would like to know how the lady demonstrating it on the show managed to breeze trough without breaking a nail , I am back to Cuisinart. I gave one star because it actually looks good, but is not a user friendly appliance.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't Buy This-Disappointed In This Product First let me say that I have been satisfied with the kitchenAid products I have until now. I liked the accessories that were included along with the storage container for them. I was hesitant when I first received this food processor and took it out of the box. It did not feel well made and I should have returned it right away but thought I would give it a chance. I have used it to shred cheese, make pasta dough, and just now tried to make pancake mix with simply dry ingredients and some butter. When I made the pasta dough, the processor motor seemed to struggle to combine the ingredients. The blade stopped moving. And when they started to come together, I had to hold the processor down as it started moving/vibrating around on the counter. The last straw came this morning as I tried to mix up some homemade pancake mix. The vibrating caused the lid to move out of the locked position, thus shutting down the power. I locked it back in place and started it up again. I then noticed the left side of the lid was not secured, removed it, and noticed my blade had been pushed up. Then noticed the plastic on the bowl where the blade fits was worn and the blade no longer sits flush in the bowl. It is now ruined and unusable. Not knowing if any if this worn plastic had made its way in the mix, I took no chances and dumped the mix. I will be dumping this food processor as well and be looking for a better model. Gave it 1 star for the accessories included.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointed Love my KitchenAid mixer, and wanted to love this food processor, but I just don't. Too late to send it back, so I'll live with it. The smaller bowl doesn't work well--it sits inside the larger work bowl and both always end up getting dirty. No matter which bowl I use, food flies up to the lid instead of staying in the bowl and I end up with un-processed chunks along with over-processed chunks. Shredding and slicing isn't difficult but results are uneven. I bought this to replace a very basic (cheap) food processor I got for a wedding gift in 1979. It worked like a champ and never gave me a bit of trouble. Sorry, but I would not buy this particular processor again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Much larger than expected This just did not look this big on the presentation. Really nice storage case for blades. I just will not use the capacity, and have no good place to store it. Assembled, it's too tall to go into the cabinet I had planned for, and there's not enough room to store the bowls separately. I should have paid close attention to the dimensions listed. But it does look sturdy. I must say, whoever designed the packaging was an evil genius. Even though I took pictures as I was unboxing it, so I know I put everything back as received, it barely fit. I will be searching for another processor in a more suitable size, or re-thinking whether I really need one at all. expensive to ship back. If I do end up buying another model, it will probably be locally.
