K30761 - Keurig Platinum Platinum Series Quiet Brewer w/48 K-Cups
Love Keurig, not this model
I have the B60 and this model, the B70. The B60 is a far better model and using a year longer than this model, I've had no problems. This model short-cupped and often didn't pump. Keurig replaced the coffee maker but it still has its problems and is not reliable. Get the B60. It might not have the five choices of cup size and large water reservoir, but it is a much, much better model and the on/off switch is on the top of the B60, not on the back as on the B70.
Very disappointed in the fact this only lasted 1 year......when warranty expired so did coffee maker! Pump just stopped working.....died a slow death! If you have one, suggest getting it replaced as soon as it starts slowing down.
ive been watching this presentation so many times and finally decided to jump in and order it... the best thing i ever did... absolutely love it... we use it every day couldnt ask for a better coffee maker
We had been wanting one for a while, saw it was the Today's Special Value and HAD to snag it for Christmas!!! Gave to my spouse as a gift from Santa...he was thrilled!
I bought this three months ago, and have used it every day! I will never use a traditional coffee maker again. It turns on in the morning, and turns off early afternoon. I don't have to load a filter ever again. I am spoiled. I haven't even tried my K-cup because the coffees offered are so good! I can't wait to have a party, and let everyone serve themselves coffee. Worth the money, and definitely a topic of conversation every time someone sees it on my counter.
Fabulous Keurig Support/Warrantee
We bought the Keurig in Nov 2010. Loved it and used it for 5 months. It stopped working -- sounded like it was making coffee but nothing came out. Contacted the Keurig Company (Keurig tech supp/customer service is wonderful to work with) and made a few easy "fixes". . . . thought all was fine. Within 2-3 days, stopped working again....same problem. Contacted Keurig Company a second time, THEY decided to send us a NEW machine. All we had to do was return the tiny Keurig cup holder from the old machine when we received the new one. We received the new machine....returned the cup holder....NO CHARGE, except the $7 postage to return the cup holder. New machine is great and making excellent coffee many, many times per day!!!
We love it!
Got this brewer in BLUE several months ago. The color is great and goes with my blue Temptations pieces too. My husband and I love the machine and the beverages. The coffee is always hot and we enjoy the different coffees, tea, cocoa, & cider that came with it!

Bought this coffeemaker for my husband for Christmas, he loves that he gets a fresh cup everytime, not to mention that he can have different flavors. My grandchildren love to come over and make hot chocolate too. Overall a great coffeemaker!
Only Lasted 4 Months
The brewer worked great for the first two months. After two months it would intermittently not brew (short cup, or over flow). After four months it would not brew if it sat for a day.
We are familiar with the cleaning and maintenance as we have the older single cup version, but no amount of cleaning or care made it work.
We really like the features like the five cup sizes and always ready to brew, but it appears this model has some significant problems as others have reported.
Had high hopes
I purchased this machine in December. Two months went by and it started delaying when trying to do a cup of coffee, meaning that it would say brewing and it would just do absolutely nothing. I would lift the handle and just wait finally the coffee would come out, but not as much water as should. Let's just say I would have a strong cup of coffee. I called Keurig and they troubleshooted. It would be fine for a week or so and do the same thing again. They said that if one coffee grind got stuck where it pierces the K-cup then it won't work right. I never got any coffee grinds out of there by using a tooth pick. I think they just mass produce these things and just don't test them enough to ensure there are no problems. This will end up hurting the consumer and their pocket in the end.
Hit or Miss but Still Great
I ordered my Keurig back in early February and have used it only a 3 or 4 times before it stopped brewing! I have read some of the reviews where this had happened and still took a chance and ordered it and when it does work it's really great and the abundance of coffee and tea flavors are great.
I did call customer service and they had me try a few things which did not get it to work and they immediately said they would send me another one in 5 to 7 days. They informed me that the pumps on some of these machines has a problem and I think what is happening is that they decided to still use these machines as most of them will work just fine and the few that some people have a problem with they are replacing without any hassles at all. Now for me it was unfortunate that it happened at the end of a great dinner party but my guest was not upset since I served martini's instead of coffee at the end of the dinner and we had an even better time.
So I think the machine is still a great machine and that I just so happened to receive on of the ones that the pump was bad. So looking forward to my new machine and lots of free vouchers that they are giving me with my new machine. Go ahead and take a change and order it, it's worth it.
