Rated 1 out of 5 by from Waste of money I had this less than a year and it broke. I don’t drink coffee everyday so I was really surprised when it broke so soon. The coffee cups it would make for to be smaller and smaller until the last time I used it I had to restart the machine 6 times before I had a full (small) cup of coffee. What a waste of money!

TODAY I WENT TO MAKE A CUP OF COFFEE IN THE BACK UP (BECAUSE IT TAKES THE GREEN MOUNTAIN VANILLA CUPS NOT LIKE MY OTHER KEURIG WHICH WON'T). NOTHING. I TURNED IT OFF AND TURNED IT ON AGAIN . . . NOTHING. THEN I SMELLED SOMETHING BURNING. END OF STORY. END OF MACHINE. END OF ME BUYING KEURIG. THIS SAME SCENARIO HAS HAPPENED TO MANY PEOPLE I KNOW. MY KEURIG IS NOW IN THE GARBAGE. SHAME ON YOU KEURIG!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Didn't work for me I had this coffeemaker a little over a month before I took it out of the box (too late to return). It was a replacement for a similar Keurig I had for about 3 years. I used it less than a month and was happy with it until it started making weird noises and quit making coffee. It would only dribble a couple of tablespoons in the cup and it would take me 3 tries to get a cupful of coffee from one pod.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from 2 Cups ... That’s all! We only got 2 cups of coffee before it broke. Never thought I’d be the person writing a one star review because something was a bad purchase. This was one of those. If I had bothered to read all of the reviews across the Internet, I would have known not to purchase a Keurig because they are prone to breaking. Just in general. The company has a quality control problem and it either works or it doesn’t. That is not my kind of company. One that continually produces products of poor quality. We returned this item and wound up purchasing something else. It is a dual system that handles both K cups and regular coffee. You have to fill it each time, but it works. Will upgrade to something like a current, but not this brand. QVC has been great. Just not Keurig.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not worth the money or hassle I purchased this item new in March 2018. Around October, I started noticing that even if I pushed the button for the large cup of coffee it was making only half cups of coffee. I changed the filter and cleaned the machine, still no luck. I have to push the full button then open and close and push the small button the fill the rest of the cup. Worthless after 7 months. I am able to return it to QVC but now I am going to lose $10 for having to return it to them. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because it did work just fine at one point. I am not happy right now...
