Rated 5 out of 5 by from Always a great special ocassion meal I have been ordering this for years and everyone in the family enjoys it. Sometimes i order direct from Kansas City Steak, but generally, its a better deal thru QVC. Easy instructions, a delicious every time

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Awful Roast I have never been so disappointed by a piece of meat as I was by this! I brought it to my brother's for our Easter dinner & we couldn't eat it. I cooked it exactly as directions indicated & it looked good on the outside but inside was a different story. It was 2 pieces of meat smooshed together under netting. There was so much fat & something that looked like nerve (totally inedible) all through it! Needless to say, the dog had a good meal. Next time, i'll get a roast from the grocery store. Luckily, customer service refunded my money.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This was NOT a Prime Rib Roast Was very surprised to find a roast weighing 4# 3 OZ. when I paid and ordered a roast that indicated it would be a 5 to 5.5# roast. That was my first observation which was troubling but then the rest of the story follows. When seasoning it as directed noticed that their were pieces of meat falling out from the string webbing net, this was very noticeable and was of concern, but did roast the meat as directed in their instructions, let it rest and then our Easter Dinner was ruined by the inability to eat this meat. When the netting was taken off, pieces of the roast that were about 2 to 3 inches were discovered on the platter, NOT a whole piece of meat, but only what appeared to be small broken chunks of beef with fat and grizzle and cords through out. The pieces of the meat were totally inedible, and had to be thrown out. If you found a tiny piece that one thought one could eat, that was not the case either. A total waste of dollars for what was to be the special main course for our Easter dinner. This was Not a Prime Rib Roast. I was send scraps of beef, fat and grizzle packed into a net. Customer service did refund the cost, which was great, but what a disappointment for our Easter meal, no main course.
