Judith Ripka Sterling Silver Amethyst or Citrine Solitaire Ring is rated 3.7 out of 5 by 6.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Versatile Ring ! I am just delighted with this ring (silver/amethyst). I have the three piece ring set in silver and this can be substituted for the clear ring and worn with the ring guards. It also can be stacked with the clear ring. And the amethyst just happens to match the color of the one in that three piece necklace set with the cord. Love when I can play with my pieces like this and for such a small investment of money. Get it before it disappears !

Rated 1 out of 5 by from pretty but painful I like the setting on this ring - but I had to return it. The detail along the sides is sharp and rubs painfully against the neighboring fingers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So ladylike! For me, this ring is a perfect five stars! It is so ladylike! I have several wonderful, larger Judith Ripka rings as I really do like her designs. This ring is so delicate and lovely; and yet, it is substantial enough to show when you are wearing it! I just smile when I look down at it! The stone is a gorgeous color! A very good purchase!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from disappointed Sorry but this ring is already on its way back. Judith's pieces are usually substantial, but the band on this ring was so thin. I did love the design, but I also didn't like the stone. To me it looked like a piece of colored glass. I have many pieces by this designer, but this was not a keeper.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stone is beautiful Received my ring the other day, and the citrine is gorgeous, rich in color. Little diamonique stones hidden on the sides. Comfortable and it stands out...

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Amethyst a good medium purple color like pics This ring looks like the pics and vid and is very pretty, but it was quite a bit daintier/smaller than I expected based on the measurements/description. This happens a little too often and is disappointing to me, especially if I was expecting a stone of a certain size/look. I don't mind so much if the stone is larger, but some would. The color of the amethyst that I received had a good purple to it, though maybe not as saturated/deep/rich in color as the vid would suggest. Maybe it was more like the pics. A good medium purple, as far as amethysts go. I was hoping for a little darker color saturation, but no matter really, since I simply love any amethyst anyway. Dark ones are harder to come by these days, though. I found the details on the sides of this ring to be a bit sharp, rubbing against my other fingers next to it and so I did notice a little discomfort in that way. Maybe this was more pronounced than any number of my other JRipka rings with the details being so dainty, rather than the larger details of most of my much larger JR rings. (I have hundreds of JR rings, some with details down the sides like this, but most don't really bother me - unless I were doing chores or if a strong man shakes my hand too hard - I avoid both if I have most any rings on anyway) I would love to see this ring again, in any number color of stones (including colored or clear diamoniques, but especially in reds, blues, green, purple, raspberry, lavender or pinky peaches - like a Morganite look) but much larger for my tastes (I am a big rings gal). The beautiful simplicity of this ring design is one JRipka look I love. I adore the main (solitaire) bezel settings (no big prongs to catch on anything) and the detailed silver-work everywhere you look/see. I might love this ring more without the little stones down the sides. They aren't necessary to my own ring happiness, especially when comfort is key. Why do I have hundreds of JRipka rings? Because she just keeps me coming back for more!
