Rated 5 out of 5 by Absolutely Beautiful This ring is Oh My Gorgeous and truly amazing. My husband gave this to me for our 25th wedding anniversary because of the blue as we were married in September. It looks like a sapphire and the tiny Diamonique stones around the setting look so real. I have received so many compliments. I am proud of all of my Ripka pieces, but this one takes the cake. 09-09-15
Rated 5 out of 5 What's not to LOVE?! This Neo-Classic 'blue and white' beauty is big enough for a big rings gal, yet not too big for others, nor for frequent wear and in daily situations. The band gets nicely thinner underneath, the stone doesn't sit too high, and there is a lovely overall gentle dome look to it. The weight balance is very good so there is no spinning downward. This is a comfortable ring. And stunning to gaze at. Just the right blue and white mix. Yes, it's another amazing hand-grabber from JR. The synthetic blue quartz over hematite looks a lot like a gorgeous deep blue sapphire from all angles and in all lighting. The pineapple cutting atop the top stone gives play of light and color in hues of blue. I also love the rope-style bezel setting on the main center stone - no big prongs to catch on anything. Who wants that? I’ve been loving Judith Ripka’s doublet rings like this, and have been particularly drawn to the blue quartz and green chalcedony stones. I would love to see big synthetic quartz or other luscious stones in more colors, especially reds, purples, pinks and peaches. Please keep rings like this and bigger coming, dearest Judith. And thanks again and again to you and the Q for so easily (easy pay, affordability, online shopping, right to my doorstep) making me feel like a queen in all these gorgeous gems! 05-28-15
Rated 5 out of 5 by BBB Big Bold and Beautiful I absolutely love this ring and have received so many compliments! The quality is superb as are all of my JR pieces. Trust me, there is nothing, nothing cheap about the looks of this ring that the other review said. It is exquisite! LOVE LOVE LOVE! 03-23-15
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love it! The ring was delivered today and I couldn't wait to lift the lid. The ring was everything it should be. It looks like the deep end of the best waters. "Beautiful" isn't a big enough word. 03-20-15
Rated 1 out of 5 by Total disappointment - cheap looking and feeling! I have been a JR. fan for years and have several items from her line going back years to more recently. This ring looks and feels like cheap costume jewelry. I have many many rings of JR in my collection. The Monaco's (2), a few hematites from a few years ago, etc. The blue stone is horrible on this ring - looks like glass and does not even come close to the hematite color of my other rings. The band and area around the stone is rough - not smooth at all like my other rings either. The begets are a joke - don't even resemble diamonds or diamonique. I think ever since this brand for QVC was sold (even though Judith is still the face of this brand), the quality and uniqueness of a JR. piece has been lost. Save your money and pass on this one. On another note also just bought the Carolyn Pollack Mabe pearl ring with silver bars surrounding the pearl for only $79 - WOW - the band and the silver are amazing (of course totally different style), but it's a steal for that price. 03-20-15
