Joan Rivers Windowpane Tunic with 3/4-Sleeves is rated 2.9 out of 5 by 9.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cheap Fabric, Cheaply Made The fabric is stiff and crunchy. As other reviewer’s noted, the seams do not line up. There’s something wrong with the cut and it really kind of looks like a prison smock. It’s also too short to really be called a tunic.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Bust darts are too high. The bust darts on Joan's blouses are much too high. I'm wondering if this company uses teen-age fit models when they design their blouses, because the bust darts are made for someone whose breasts would be described as 'perky' and small. I would guess the majority of purchasers of Joan's blouses range in age from 40 and up, with the majority in their 50s to 70s, and by this time the breasts have started to 'settle' a bit. So putting the darts up as high as they do causes the blouse to not fit well, and looks weird. Please take a look at your patterns, Joan Rivers designers, and re-evaluate how those bust darts look on more mature women! Why are they up so high? I would only recommend this to a super-thin person with very small breasts.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from BEAUTIFUL TUNIC I think this top is just beautiful. Probably my favorite top I own. Great for a summer night out. I got the coral color and wear this with my Joan Rivers white ankle jeans. I normally wear a small at QVC, but I like her blouses in extra small. 5'5 125. The fit is perfect! Love the fabric! Thinking of getting the blue one too.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed. Have had trouble with sizing of Joan River shirts. They run extremely small. I have ordered my usual size in her collection and the last two items were not true to size. One I could not get on at all and the other was very tight across the bust line. What has happened to quality control? Many QVC items are not up to par. If this trend continues I may have to reconsider my purchases on QVC. Very sad indeed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lovely tunic, I bought two! Very nice tunic. Lightweight and looks like linen but does not wrinkle like linen. It does require a bit of ironing when washed (I am really particular and like my things pressed but you probably can get away with no ironing.) It is summery, crisp and cool. Very nice tunic and true to size.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Pretty top This is a beautiful top however I would not purchase it but the reason the seams don’t match and I’m not paying $60 for that simple reason if I’m going to be paying that kind of money I would like to seams to match and they don’t my opinion only.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Quality, Value, and Control The seams DON'T MATCH. How sad that quality and pride of workmanship appear to be waning. Item is VERY overpriced.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Joan would be so upset This is a plaid top. The plaids do not match on one side. They do on one, but not the other. The lower back panel was cut ever so slightly crooked causing some of the lines to not line up. Joan would be so upset as she was always a perfectionist. Have purchased her items more years than I care to admit. This is a first, and sure it is a flute. But it doe go back. Sorry.
