Rated 3 out of 5 by from Match the plaids!!!! When I see this skirt all my eyes focus on are the mismatched plaids. For this price one should definitely get matched plaids.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Thank you, David Dangle!! I only wear skirts and these days they are very difficult to find. I do not like ruffled hems, or uneven hems, or pencil skirts. I bought three of these skirts, two plaid and one black/white. I love them. They are perfect and feel and look great on. I am 5'11" and chose the petite size because I did not want the longer length. I exchanged them for one size small because the waist was a bit to large. The are perfect fit now. Please offer more skirts like this!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Skirt! I came back to order the red/blue skirt after receiving the navy/green skirt. Great comfortable fit. I can't wait to wear them in the fall with tights or boots.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very Nice When I was younger I owned a few Pendleton plaid skirts. When I saw this on sale I thought why not?! I got the blue/ green. It’s nice and stretchy in the waist band. The skirt has plenty of fabric and a nice feel to it. I do think it adds a few pounds to you since it does have a lot of tucks etc but I am keeping it anyway.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simply put: the perfect skirt! I wear lots of dresses and skirts and own many of both. Quite a few of them are custom-made to my measurements. However, my hands-down favorite skirt is this one which I ordered in the blue/green plaid. I actually have to force myself NOT to wear it too often! The fabric is beautiful with a most graceful drape, very similar to a lightweight suiting fabric which makes it appropriate year-round. It works well with sweaters, silky shells, button-down blouses, tee-shirts, cardigans, jackets, blazers, even draped shawls. The shape of the skirt with the lady-like pleats is lovely. I am somewhat curvy with a small waist and larger, rounded hips and this is so flattering. The soft, wide elastic waist will either flatter a shape or create a shape and is utterly comfortable: it will move with you, but stays put. I ordered the LP (my normal size in bottoms) which is comfortably loose; I believe that the MP would work equally well. I am 5'4" and the midi length of the petite sizing hits me at a very attractive mid-calf point. It looks nice with a dressy flat, also with boots. This is a very well-made skirt, looks expensive and custom. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, David, make more skirts in this style, in florals, stripes, prints, solids, whatever! I will buy them all because they are comfortable, easy-to-wear, and exceptionally flattering. I also have the Joan Rivers cotton buffalo check skirt which is in a very similar style and is my other favorite skirt. Now get to work, and make more of these!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from needs a lining but great, versatile skirt IT IS GREAT TO HAVE AN EVERYDAY, DAYTIME OR NIGHT TIME VERSION of this holiday skirt. David, how about making this midi next year in your original Lauren inspired colors and Tartan plaid? Please line this skirt. It is COLD HERE IN THE NORTHEAST. Besides the fabric hangs better with a lining. The waist was a little too big as well. Remember, elastic stretches with time. I know the wide black elastic is the style right now. However, I am an xxs petite with a 27” waist. I cannot size down. This waistband stays up on me but the bottom edge rides slightly below my natural waist. (I noticed this was true with some of the models as well.) When I try to tuck a shirt in, even with layers underneath, and use a belt over the elastic, the black edge of the elastic shows below my obi or wide belt. It is a fad right now to have wide elastic like this but I don’t think it looks as good as a regular waistband. Even so, if it the waistband were, perhaps, a little thinner and sat right at the natural waist, a wide belt or obi could be used with out the lower part of the waistband showing. A good belt really classes the skirt up. When I fold this waist over once it sits at my natural waist but that doesn’t hold if I am moving around a lot. The overall look off this skirt is wonderful, though. The material does not look cheap. the sewing could be a little better. I found a few too many stray threads, but all in all it's a wonderful, versatile piece. I found a way to iron out the wrinkles it came with without scorching it. Spray it with water and use a scrap of old cotton bed sheet on top. Iron the skirt through the scrap of sheet on top, using a high temperature (I used the cotton setting). Iron with a light hand, gingerly, until you get the feel of how long you need to keep it there to get the wrinkles out (Cool irons do absolutely nothing.). Be careful not to scorch it. Make sure you keep the fabric sprayed with water to create extra steam because that is what is getting the wrinkles out. At the same time use the steamer part on your iron. A clothes steamer should work well too. I don't own one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from FABULOUS ! Watched this skirt for hours then gave in. Sooooo glad I did. It’s simply fabulous. Betting it will be a fall and holiday staple for years to come. Fabric is soft and flows beautifully. I chose the red navy plaid and it’s like a true tartan. Comfy to wear and pockets seal the deal. Dress it up or down - it’s just great. I’m 5’4” and xxs so I chose petite hearing it ran a bit long. All I can say is “ perfect”.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Look Love this skirt. Only size down. Waistband and style is very roomy to size down. I would order another color if it goes on sale.
