Rated 5 out of 5 by Recommend to Some Friends I ordered the pink in 1X because I prefer a looser fit and this worked out well. I'm so glad that QVC offers the "click here" size measurements because at least it gives us a reference closer to the size of the actual garment. The "pink" is more of a lovely "peach" tone. Still very becoming. The pearls are heavy on the sweater so I took them all off, now I'm committed to the cardigan and it works much better for me this way. I'm using it as a sort of "shrug" type sweater because it is the right length on me now that I have machine washed and dried it. It came out fantastic. Just a little shorter and perhaps a bit smaller but not much. The material is so soft and the texture is wonderful. I also removed the hook & eye closures but will use just one of them to re-attach to the placket, where I want it. It was a tedious job but I do alterations as a side line. I had to use a pressing cloth to steam press the collar, placket and faux pockets even after washing as the pearls pulled on the knit and left "bumps". Even with the pearls removed, it is still a scoop neckline which is great as I plan to wear it with a shell. I have the white/ivory on waitlist and I'm not sure I need it now as this color co-ordinates with so many other colors. But it is at such a good price and they are on easy pay. 07-03-15
Rated 2 out of 5 by Poor Workmanship - Joan Would Be Upset Sizing too large, pearls fall off easily. I had worn a few times and the sweater hangs off of you like it wasn't sewed correctly. Material is too cheap for the heavy pearls. Had to take it and have some of the pearls removed and basically spent the same price to fix it as I had to purchase it. 01-29-15
Rated 4 out of 5 by Classy!! I wore this cardigan to work in my office and received many compliments. The color pink is so girlie. The pearls on the front are a little weighty and the neck line is a little too large for me but it looks really pretty on. 11-27-14
Rated 3 out of 5 by Great idea, poorly worked. This sweater is a pretty concept, but needs tweaking. The beads used are either too many or to big. The neckline does not lay properly. If the fabric had a heavier hand this might also help. I did keep it, purchased at discount. Would not purchase again. Overall fit is as expected, just don't love the way the beads lay on the garment. 10-29-14
Rated 2 out of 5 by Beautiful, But This sweater was really pretty. The color was a peachy pink, which I love. Unfortunately, when I put it on, the pearls were too heavy for the knit material, and subsequently, the entire sweater was pulled forward. As the sweater is pulled down, the back of the sweater raises up. Makes for an unattractive look. You can keep lifting the front up, as it slowly slides down, but that would really be a nuisance. Sorry, but had to return. 07-16-14
Rated 4 out of 5 by Gorgeous sweater! I returned this sweater, but only because it seemed a little short for my long torso. It is however, classic and beautiful. The pink is soft and lovely. 07-11-14
Rated 2 out of 5 by Don't waste your time!! two stars for the style is beautiful but, pearls are to heavy and loose. This subsequently weighs the sweater down to just hang on you not matter how much you sized down. Disappointed and shipping charges again for defective buy!!!! 07-09-14
Rated 1 out of 5 by Disappointed I returned it, was larger then my size plus pearls are to heavy for this very light weight material, collar would drupe due to the large heavy pearls. Was disappointed I really wanted to enjoy it but had to return it. 05-17-14
Rated 3 out of 5 by Cute sweater This is a really cute sweater, very feminine and I love the look; however, I only gave it 3 stars because the quality of the workmanship in this garment is not great. Like other reviewers said, pearls fell off when I opened the package and I had to sew them back on. I also had to repair some frayed spots around the faux pockets and front collar area. 04-26-14
Rated 2 out of 5 by Peach Not Pink This sweater looks like a cheap mess. The fabric is cheap. Did I say cheap? The pearls are disproportionately heavy. I reminded me of an old macrame bag with beads. 11-23-13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Lovely Sweater Love this checkerboard style sweater. Will dress up any outfit. I usually wear either xs or small in Joan's clothes. I ordered the sweater in ivory Small and it fit perfectly. Since it is a flyaway opening there is plenty of room for larger busts. I had only one loose pearl which I fixed myself. Joan, wish it came in black! 06-30-13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love this sweater Wow, received this sweater today even though I won't wear it for months. And it is beautiful. Ordered the pink, and it is more of a warm peachy pink than a cool pink. Which is OK by me. The material is so soft and light. The pearls weigh it down a bit, but I still loveit. So feminine and classy looking. Definitely a go to sweater. Buy it if you even like it, you'll love it. 06-28-13
