Probably Won’t Buy Again
The shipping is not good for the price you pay. They came in a box, the frosting containers were busted open and frosting all over. Very surprised that even though they are individually wrapped that they were just stacked in a box and shipped. It is food and would think you need to care for them better.

No dry ice- live in Arizona it’s hot even up north!
All frosting containers were broken and icing all over the cinnamon rolls and apple rolls, luckily they were individually wrapped - the caramel pecan rolls were fine although box was damaged- for the money I paid for all three of these items, It has been extremely disappointing and expensive experience- won’t be purchasing again!

Taste Okay, but Quality Control is not good.
For the most part I love Jimmy the Baker products. Lately, however, there have been problems. First with the peach that was under cooked and a topping that was spongy and not good. Now it is with the Apple Cinnamon Rolls. I received a box of 12 on Friday and you can see in the photo below that only half of them were cooked correctly. The light colored ones are almost raw dough. I had to fight to get them our of the container and try to finish cooking them. The darker ones are okay. They also need to have more apple, it is lacking for the most part. I THINK JIMMY IS TRYING TO FILL TOO MANY ORDERS AND THE QUALITY CONTROL HAS GONE TO THE BIRDS. Hey Jimmy, you make a good product, please make sure it is the best it can be when it leaves your bakery that is what I am paying for. The Raspberry was great but I cannot eat the seeds, the flavor, however, was true raspberry. The chocolate with the crisp crumb topping is a favorite and does not last long in my freezer. Please correct the problems so I can keep a variety on hand.

Jimmy Never Disappoints
These rolls are just a delight, with or without the caramel icing. The rolls come out of the microwave nice and soft, full of flavor, and they fill the kitchen with a scrumptious aroma. The apple were very good, but I could have been extremely happy with just the cinnamon selection. They were just like the ones my mother use to make. I would certainly say, give it a try. It's a nice change for a quick breakfast, even though I am a religious oatmeal eater, or great for an afternoon pick me up. Well worth the money.

Tasty treat
I was excited to taste these rolls since the ones purchased from the store always seem to be dry. I received my order and the tape on the box was slightly damaged but when I opened the box everything was secure, but I still felt the need to wipe my items off. After having to go through the wipe down I decided to cancel my auto-delivery to eliminate having to repeat this process in the future. That evening I tried an apple roll and the following a cinnamon roll. I enjoyed both. Following the chef's suggestion of a short microwave warm up followed by applying chilled icing on top, completes a yummy treat. I regret having canceled my auto-delivery so hasty. My only suggestion is a better shipping process.

DELIGHTFULLY DELICIOUS!!!
I purchase the Apple Carmel and they are so DELIGHTFULLY DELICIOUS! I was a little hesitant about the carmel, BUT, OMG, SO GOOOOODDD!!!!!!!!! The Apple Roll was just so moist it melts in your mouth. I highly recommend. I will not want to run out of these.

Not Good!
These were horrible tasting!!!! The apple filling was melted upon arrival. The plastic wrap on all of the buns was sticky and a mess to open. Even with that, I still wanted to try it. Unfortunately, the paper wrapped around the bun was stuck to it. I was finally able to get enough off to heat a part of it and taste it. On top of that, there was only 1 apple in the filling and it tasted like the metal of the can it probably came from. It was horrible! I was very disappointed! My son tasted it and he said it was "Nasty". I will not be ordering these again and will be cancelling the auto delivery. I called and requested a Refund. These also need to be shipped in better packaging so that they don't melt.
I was surprised that these weren't any good since I previously ordered the regular Cinnamon Buns with the Salted Caramel Icing and Regular Cream Cheese Icing and those are wonderful! They taste just like the ones at the Mall. Order those by Jimmy the Baker instead of these.

Yummy!
I've ordered the cinnamon rolls several times & love them so I didn't hesitate to try the apple. I expected them to have more apple but they were still yummy. The caramel frosting is very good.
