Ruined Christmas
It's Christmas morning 2018. Our child opens this saxophone and immediately discovers its defective. Absolute disappointment in the low quality of this product. I will never buy a Jean Paul instrument again after this. There is a bent section of metal near the top of the main part of the sax and a key that is very hard to press. We have compared it to other saxophones in the house and this one is terrible.

Bad design according to all the Music store i take it for repair .
My son can use it i spend so much money to get it fix no one can
The school say it was a bad buy i lost almost $900 on this junk
