Rated 5 out of 5 by from ROYAL BLUE ELEGANCE BEYOND-THE-BEYOND Miss Ripka, once again, thank you so much for this treasure of a ring. I have all the Big Rings and they are stunners; but this one, although not a giant ring, it is demure and timeless and so beautiful, and architecturally so perfect in every way - diamond cut center stone and form and function and beauty. The color of the diamond cut sapphire is beyond-the-beyond; it also resembles the finest tanzanite in color, and perfect in cut and clarity; the petite white stones around the center stone are so delicate; and the cut and colorless color of these paves are perfect, and they sparkle all over the place. There are four larger diamond cut and bezel set round stones coming down each side of the basket, and these are very sparkley. Just gorgeous. The diamond cut center blue stone sits on an basket gallery of tiny mill grained circles going all around the basket. The profile of the basket setting reminds me of Queen Elizabeth's crown. Get this ring now for such a very low cost; I would have paid $100 for the loose stone alone. The ring size is true-to-size, and the weight is medium to light. For the pre-marraige crowd, this could be an engagement ring. The diamond cut blue stone is 1/2" by 6/8's inches. Miss Ripka, please make earrings the exact size of the ring, and the matching pendant; make the 3 piece set in ruby and emerald and fire opal and peridot and whiskey citrine, and tennis bracelets to match. Thank you so much.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Breathtaking This ring is simply beautiful in every way. The size is perfect -- not small but not too big. The setting is gorgeous with stones running down the sides of the center stone. Don't miss out on this beauty.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful and looks real! I bought this a few months ago and it looks like an expensive blue sapphire. The clear Diamonique are done in a tasteful way and not over the top. I love it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVE this larger, with RED or PURPLE center stone! As soon as I saw this I had to try it on (at full price)! I love the bezel set side stones – less chance of feeling rough between the fingers, and no chance of snagging on anything. I love the halo of stones (in white Diamoniques) around the deep blue sapphire colored Diamonique center and would have preferred those bezel set too. In fact, I would have loved the sapphire-esque center stone bezel set as well. I’m a big fan of bezel set stones because they never snag and are therefore more secure over time. I have this Sapphire Princess (Diana then, Kate now) look a few times over, in various larger looks, but not in a Judith Ripka design made in Thailand (topnotch on both counts) so, as a true Ripkanista, that’s why I jumped for this, even though I already have some like it. In case you care, this doesn’t have the full under-gallery (which makes the ring a little snugger than without) that so many of JR’s rings do, this gives you a little more room so you can order true to size rather than perhaps having to go up a bit. After at least twenty years of collecting, I have hundreds of JR’s rings (including both types long-since – with or without under-galleries – there’s tiny pros and cons to either). I like to know which is which before ordering, so I know what size to buy, depending on the finger/s I’ll be wearing them on. I love colored Diamoniques (or other top quality CZs) because they look just like colored diamonds at a tiny fraction of the real price of mined diamonds. There’s the main color you first see, but then a fiery rainbow flashing of other colors, depending on the coloration of the stone. Clear/whites flash all the rainbow. Purples, for example, have blues and reds as well. This ring and main stone are overall smaller than I expected, but still lovely. I would LOVE to see this same idea, larger, with all bezel settings, in more colors. I’d love this with a red center stone, or purple, &or other rare gemstone colors too PLEASE!
