Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not purchase. Do not purchase. These headphones are poor quality and the sound (even when fresh out of the box) is decent at best. Spend your money elsewhere. I started having minor issue soon after buying, I however will take responsibility because I did not claim this on warranty until after my year warranty was up. JBL did offer a small discount on a new pair, but I don't want to deal with crappy but expensive headphones.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great sound, comfortable for hours I purchased these headphones 3 and a half months ago and they're wonderful. I wasn't sure I needed noise cancellation, but it's been so nice to cancel out the ambient hum from my fridge when I work from home. Great sound quality, love that you can connect to multiple devices, and they are comfortable on the ears. My only complaint is today I noticed that the faux-leather ear pad cover is starting to tear where it covers a sharp lip of hard plastic underneath that holds the foam in place. Unfortunate that this delicate cover will likely eventually tear and expose the foam underneath. For a pair of headphones at this price point I had hoped that the ear pad material would last longer than a few months.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Spend a little more to get true quality... Let me start by saying I used to love these headphones. The sound quality is great, noise cancelling works well, and they seemed overall well built. But now, these are a little over a year old (and out of warranty). Like clockwork, the bluetooth connection no longer works. Sometimes disconnects within seconds, sometimes after a few minutes. This is very frustrating. When I contact support team, they can't even help me to check the firmware history to ensure this isn't a but in the new update. They told me I can pay for repairs, but that it will likely cost more than a new device. By the way, my pair is in like new condition, I am always so careful and gentle with them. If JBL can't build a pair of headphones that last longer than 1 year, then I won't buy from them anymore, and I recommend you look for others as well. I previously used a pair of Bose headphones that I've had for 10 years and are still kicking. So, pay a bit more for the premium Bose brand, otherwise you will be disappointed in a year by purchasing these.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from DO NOT BUY One of the worst headphones in the market, i got it from USA by my sister, first day it was not pairing with the phone. It was only showing white light. It wasnt evem turning off. When i plugged it to charge it turns off. When i turn it on and hold the vol+ button then only it goes to pairing mode. Other than that vol+ and vol- does not work, as i tried several times to reset it. After few days i find out that my ANC automatically turn itself on and off. What a drag. Cant even do anything now.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from If you don't own a pair, you're missing out. They cancel out noise perfectly, the quality speaks for itself, the sound is great and the durability is 9/10. The reason i give it a 9 is for the matte finishing as it will leave stains.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Decent headphones, poor durability I've had these headphones for a couple years now and have been mostly satisfied. The sound is pretty good and satisfied with the noise cancelling capabilities at this price point. They're definitely comfortable as well, never had issue wearing them for long periods of time. Where my disappointment comes in is the longevity. After about 2 years of semi frequent use, the wrapping around the foam padding has torn and almost completely peeled back, exposing the yellow foam underneath. The plastic parts of the swivel hinges on both sides has cracked onto some degree and one side is getting very loose an precarious. They are still functional but I feel like it's only a matter of time before one or both speakers detaches completely. Not happy that I am having to look at purchasing another pair of headphones so quickly. These come at an attractive price point but it you spend up a little on some more due ale headphones you will probably save money in the long run and have better sound to boot.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice but...... I enjoy the quality of the headphones, but the name customization easily rubbed off . Also it’s supposed to have Alexa and the button doesn’t actually work
