Fantastic audio, infuriatingly terrible controls. Touch controls are unreliable and keep calling people, pausing, and changing songs. Really a let down.

Unusable for phoning, great for music listening
I bought this to my birthday as a gift by my wife a month ago.
My experiences so far:
1. Phoning: I thought that it will be a good stuff for phoning from home from home office or connecting to company meetings. Unfortunately there was no meeting where I could use it it has such a bad quality, my colleagues were complaining all the time cannot hear me well like talking from a bottle and also the noise filter feature is really a crap.
The only meetings I could use were the company CxO stream events where I had to listen only.
2. Music listening: For listening music, it's quite good. The quality is very good despite I'm quite critic with that, so that's absolutely 5 stars. I'm using it quite a lot in the garden or around the house when I'm working anything outside.
3. Sport activities: If you want to use it for active sport events, forget it. I've been running 15-18 kms recently with 4:40 pace (mins / km) and after 6-8kms wants to fall out from my ears because of the sweat. If you want to use it in a gym then it might be very good but for outside, long workouts forget it.
4. Buttons and gestures: For picking up phones, or selecting next or previous tracks it doesn't really work well and not convenient at all. Maybe for pausing the track with one touch but complicated gestures and multiple finger touches it's not good. However the feature like auto music stop when you pull out from your ears is a very good feature.
If I should summarise, I like it very much for music listening and when I'm out however for doing sports, phoning or for company meetings it's useless. I'm happy that I've managed to buy it via a former Harman worker and I got it for half price, otherwise I would be quite angry.

Great if you’re a statue
Worst earbuds I have ever owns. They fall out no matter which attachment, die out of no where, action commands never work right. Not worth it at all. The sound is great but that’s it. Very frustrating.

I bought these earbuds a while ago but l am not happy...I ordered another pair to send to my boyfriend whom lives across the country from me and I was not reimbursed my money

Garbage
1. Charging cord way too short. 2charging cord goes into the bottom so it can never charge and be upright at the same time. 3. When you wake up with headphones in your ears, like I do, and go to put them back in the box, it somehow calls your boss at 3 in the morning. Had to throw them away because of this reason. Garbage.

Poor quality
Bought this two months ago. The first one I took back to the store as it would not work at all. The second one works about 25% of the time. Won’t sinc with iPhone or won’t sinc right to left ear piece.
