What has happened to Quality Control?
I was excitedly waiting to get this bracelet, but was so disappointed, especially for a JAI piece. When I opened the box, it was obviously a returned item. It was not wrapped in paper and the plastic bag was not sealed. I know jewelry and this did not look like a new bracelet. The silver was so tarnished it was dull and gray looking. This is becoming an increasing kind of problem it seems. Of course I returned the item and did not ask for a replacement. I used to have such pride and confidence in QVC’s quality. Not any more. It apparently falls back on the people in charge and their standards. I’m disappointed. Obviously it is not the vendor’s fault.

Worst Piece of Jewelry
I really thought I would like this bracelet - that's why I ordered it. However, when I tried to put it on, there was no way that was going to work. It just cannot be done. You need a second person to be there all the time to help you with it, which is impossible. No thought was given to the consumer when this was designed. I thought more of JAI pieces, until now. I am returning it because I cannot wear it. It is considered a defect in workmanship.

I KNOW that there’s more to this bracelet than I realize. There has to be because I can buy them all day long for $5 or less.... just they don’t the name brand. But they’re durable! Seems sometimes the name can take us for granted. Im sorry if I’ve offended.

Difficult To put On
I have 3 leather bracelets from JAI and this is my least favorite. The other 2 have push bar closures which are much easier to get on and off! Look at those instead.

Love, but
Love the bracelet. Got it in white, which I knew would show dirt, hopefully I can clean. I didn't have a problem with the clasp, but each silver station has come unglued. For the price this shouldn't have happened. I have glued them back in place, but still irritating.

Beautiful Bracelet
I ordered the small black bracelet for my daughter for Christmas and it is stunning! She will love the leather and the nice sterling silver stations throughout. It will be so pretty layering it with other silver pieces!
