Beautiful substantial chain
I love this necklace. It is extremely well made. It can hold the heaviest of enhancers. I love that I can double it up to make a double 18 inch necklace. I'm a real fan of Jai jewelry now.

Beautiful but...
This necklace is beautiful. I wanted something a little longer than 24 inches and decided to try this. I love it but its just too long. I'm sending it back and really disappointed that nothing is between 24 inch and this 36 inch. Maybe a 28? 30?

This is a beautiful chain. Unlike some of the reviews, mine came in a JAI box and is very shiny. Like some other reviewers, my complaint is the end clasp is too big for almost every pendant I have. HERE IS A SUGGESTION:
Since the lobster claw end swivels, make the other end UNSCREW so you can get a pendant on it. If you do it on all the chain sizes, sales will skyrocket! And returns (by people who don't have enhancers to use with them) will decline dramatically. I am still undecided if I want to keep this & the 18" since I have so few things to wear on them.

Quality Control??
I looked forward to receiving this necklace so much. It arrived in a regular box in a small plastic bag so dingy gray like oxidation was done too heavy. I got out my polishing cloth and couldn't bring the shine back. It wasn't wrapped like my other bracelets I received. I think this was a return in terrible condition. This is unacceptable QVC! This happens more than it should with items I get and I'm tired of returning and losing s+h all the time. Please look into this issue. Not sure if I'm going to exchange for another one. Just disgusted overall. Sorry. I love the jai line and have lots of it. Just want a brand new packaged correct item.

Love this.
This chain looks great with my JAI pendants since they open up to hang. Unable to use for most of my other pendants due to the large clasp. Therefore just 4 stars.
I would love to have this in a 16 in., 24 in., and especially a 30 inch. The 36 inch chains are just too long.
This chain is very well made and designed.

Excellent chain
I bought this chain to wear my favorite pendant on. I had it on a 24 inch chain but wanted it a bit longer. Well the 36 inch was too long but I loved the chain so much that I went to my jeweler and had him shorten it to a 28 inch and it is perfect. I also had him use the remaining length and make it into a 7 inch bracelet and it is beautiful!!! You cannot even tell where the chain was cut. Amazing!!!!!!!!
