Isaac Mizrahi Live! SOHO Matte Finish Round Dial Bracelet Watch is rated 3.5 out of 5 by 21.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very disappointed I was so excited that I found a gray watch and by Isaac Mizrahi. My sister had one of his watches and really liked it. What I didn’t realize was that the finish on this watch would begin wearing off within a couple of months of receiving it and be unwearable in a year. The finish has almost completely worn off on the band and around the face. It is now embarrassing to wear it. I am concerned to buy another watch from QVC and am leery of QVC’s and Issac Mizrahi’s willingness to sell a product with such little quality. Another one of my sisters purchased a $10 watch from a local store and her watch has lasted double the time as mine from QVC and she is still wearing her’s and it still looks as good as the day she bought it. So frustrating.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very disappointed I was excited to get this watch, looked good for the first few weeks, now the color has changed and the paint is flaky off, what?! On air it was sold as a "legacy piece" maybe if you only where it once a year? It's going back....

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Beautiful Watch but ... I ordered two of these watches in grey & indigo. The good....the indigo is a beautiful blue color, goes well with jeans. If your looking for a lightweight petite watch, this one's not for you. Even though it is not water resistant like Isaac's ceramic watches, I still loved it. So much so, that it became my go to watch until (now the bad) I started seeing flecks of blue on my hands. The blue coating around the dial, the bracelet & clasp areas is flaking off. NOT HAPPY. Now too late to return. As the flaking continues, these will be become unwearable. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Thank goodness these were not gifts as I would have been very embarassed. Beautiful colors, but cannot recommend!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from great watch I got the navy in this watch and it was on sale so the price was right. I love the face. I am so so with the mat finish. I read a few reviews about having trouble unlatching the watch. I haven't found that to be the case. I love the way it comes with 3 links that you can remove yourself. You just unlatch it in two places and remove one or two to customize the fit. It is a great watch and my second Issac and for the price it is a great deal.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Watch Love the look, fit, & feel of this super watch. I was hesitant at first because I thought the watch face might be too large for my thin wrist but I was pleasantly surprised when I first put it on. The face is pretty with its monotone coloring to match the strap & it is very easy to read. I also own several of Isaac's ceramic watches & they have been my favorite go to watches ..... that is until now. I was so pleased with the first purchase in Merlot that I went & ordered one in every color ! Great watch at a great price with a great look & feel ! Great job Isaac & QVC.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from DIFFICULT CLASP Love the look and feel of the watch; however, it is extremely difficult to close the clasp. I have several ceramic watches from Isaac; but this is not one I would recommend to anyone who has some dexterity issues.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Beautiful watch, but..... I purchased the grey selection and loved it immediately! I was able to easily remove a link to make the watch fit properly. I received many compliments on my watch from all ages, even teens. Much to my dismay, about one month after wearing the watch, I noticed that the material covering the bezel (the same material as the watch) was rubbing off on the top and the bottom. I am very careful with my jewelry, especially watches, so I was quite disappointed. I will exchange, hoping that the same thing doesn't happen. BTW, I sometimes have great difficulty with the clasp. Still, it's a pretty watch....

Rated 3 out of 5 by from VERY mixed review!! First, I LOVE this watch & highly recommend it, so buy it, but while keeping these few warnings/cautions in mind. I received the wrong color (blue instead of dark red) & would've perhaps kept, except the clasp would NOT open, no matter what I did or how long I tried. Several broken fingernails later, I gave up, repackaged it & returned it. I read most all of the reviews & realized others had the same issue with the clasp absolutely NOT opening. It is as if the first removable link (at the end of the strap-- the one you would use to close the watch's clasp if you didn't want/need to remove any of the links) doesn't open on at least more than one of these watches. I liked the watch enough that I THEN ordered a BLUE watch, but worried that if I sent it in for an exchange, I might just get the same faulty watch back, so foregoing the (new) free S&H fee on returns, I'll be paying to try again & hopefully will get one with working clasp. I have lost my confidence in QVC's quality control (sending out more than one watch w/ unusable strap clasp) & their return/exchange services. When I return an item, I always mark the box on the return/exchange slip, that I DO indeed want written confirmation that they've received the item. They used to do it w/out fail (which I appreciated because my bank can be "leisurely" when it comes to putting MY refund $$ back into my account) but now I NEVER get any confirmation from QVC, which lessens my confidence in their Returns Dept in general. I read other customers' reviews before I purchase almost anything on QVC & it seems that more & more I read the exact same concerns, defects & problems over & over from multiple customers about the same item. Doesn't that indicate that the repeated issue/complaint is, in fact, a problem stemming from the MAKER/MANUFACTIONER? If so, then doesn't QVC hold at least SOME responsibility?? In defense of the "Q" I must say that their Customer Reviews are ONE MILLION times better than those at HSN (where I've only recently begun shopping (for only 1 or 2 particular designers items) They have very tight time restrictions for when reviews can be posted, & from what I can tell, it very drastically reduces the number of reviews posted. It is almost as if they're trying to keep shoppers from sharing info with one another re: their merchandize. I only mention this because I recently became aware that the corp that owns QVC recently acquired HSN & am hoping that will improve not only the taste level of items sold on HSN, but will also empower shoppers to more easily review purchases there, & to ultimately make their purchases with more confidence. Thanks.
