Instant Pot Basics - The Essential Guide by Lisa Brady is rated 3.5 out of 5 by 85.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from informative, lacks Slo-cook information This cookbook lacks information on using the slo-cooker or recipes for slo-cook. Using the pressure cooker is a bit daunting and there is quite a bit of additional cleaning parts after each use.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A little smaller than anticipated Well I was pretty excited to see these on QVC. As a child we had one that covered nearly 10 feet of fence and almost as tall. They arrived well packed but boy were they small! They are in a 4" pot and not very filled out. Almost as if they are a large seedling. I was scared to transplant them being so small so I potted each in a 1 gallon container until next year. Being so small I didn't want them to struggle to survive. They have perked up quite a bit since being re-potted. But for me, I feel I'm safer waiting until next year to transplant to the garden. I gave this 4 stars ONLY because these are a memory from my childhood otherwise I'd have given it a 2. Sadly my Mom is gone now so I don't have the luxury of seeing the vine in full bloom. I'm not too sure about this supplier though. This is the third set of plants I've received that doesn't impress me much. I think I'd have to say I'm better of buying from one of our big box stores. At least their plants are well established even in a 4" pot.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Best Recipe Book Ever! I mentioned this book in my review for the Instant Pot, that if it wasn't for this book, I probably would have returned the pot. This book explains in step-by-step detail on the instructions, with great photos! We have tried 4 recipes so far and each one has been so delicious and the instructions made it so easy to make and so much fun!!! So far we have made the "Cashew Chicken Stir Fry", "Pulled Chicken Tacos", "Mom's Sunday Pot Roast With Gravy", and the "Instant Pot Lasagna"!!! Each one was a "10"!!!! Looking forward to make the "Blueberry French Toast Casserole! I highly recommend this instant pot cookbook!!!!!!! Thanks Lisa for this wonderful book!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from GREAT BOOK I have used many pressure cookers, then I bought an Instant Pot...the premise is basically the same. I have tried many recipes but this book is the best. Lisa is very good at explaining the cooker to you in language you can understand. She uses laymen’s terms. I love the recipies. I highly recommend this book to anyone who has an Instant pot or any pressure cooker.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice Book I have to say this is a great BASIC cookbook as it says in the title. I feel so bad for the author getting bad reviews. She has nothing to do with shipping, but people give her less stars for her wonderful book. If you are unhappy with shipping tell QVC don’t punish her with a bad review, really folks...

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cover and pages bent I seldom buy books from QVC as I can get them cheaper with free prime shipping from A, which didn’t have this one available. But when I pay full price plus 5.50 shipping I expect a pristine book, not one with a cover and pages bent. Not worth sending back but annoying. Employees doing the shipping should be more careful placing item in the packaging. Haven’t had a chance to really read so can’t comment on the recipes.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not good....waste of money I was anxious to see the recipes, hoping there were quite a few that I would follow. Nah, there were just a few...yogurt, applesauce..a few more, but mostly none that fit my lifestyle of cooking..I could have saved my $20 bucks for this book. A waste and a disappointment.
