Rated 2 out of 5 by from BEAUTIFUL BUT SENDING BACK I RECEIVED MY BRACELET ON SATURDAY, WORE IT ON SUNDAY AND THE CLASP IS BROKEN ALREADY!!! I'M SO DISAPPOINTED IN THE CLASP. NOT ONLY IS IT EXTREMELY HARD TO FASTEN BUT WHEN I WOULD PULL BACK THE LITTLE CLASP TO HOOK IT TO THE OTHER PART, THE CLASP WOULD NOT RELEASE AND STAYED OPEN. WITH SOME EFFORT I CAREFULLY GOT IT TO RELEASE BUT IT HAPPENED TWO MORE TIMES AND I DECIDED IT WAS NOT WORTH IT. I KNOW EVENTUALLY IT WILL BREAK AND IF I KEEP IT ANY LONGER I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RETURN IT. FOR THE PRICE IT IS, THE QUALITY IS JUST NOT THERE AND THIS TOTALLY SURPRISES ME WITH IMPERIAL GOLD. I HAVE SEVERAL OF THEIR PIECES IN WHITE GOLD AND YELLOW FROM YEARS AGO AND NOT ONCE HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM. THE BRACELET IS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL TO LOOK AT BUT NEEDS TO BE PERFECTED BY IMPERIAL GOLD. I HAD TWO MORE PIECES ON WAISTLIST BUT DECIDED TO CANCEL THOSE AS WELL. DON'T EVEN FEEL LIKE TAKING A CHANCE ON THEM. PLEASE DO MORE QUALITY CONTROL QVC AND IMPERIAL GOLD. YOUR REPUTATION SUFFERS WITH THESE KINDS OF SITUATIONS. THANK YOU. I'M A LONG TIME CUSTOMER SINCE 1988!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Sophisticated substantial piece. Very fluid, very pretty, eye catching, looks just as good as their gold bracelets. Drawback, for me anyway, is the senora clasp. I can't seem to hold the bracelet on and try to attach the very large clasp. It is strong which is good but impossible for me to try to pull back pin to open and maneuver it to hook into the other spring clasp. I don't have long nails, but if you do expect them to break opening it. But i do have very dry hands it I could feel my skin cracking open to try and open the clasp. I bought a small as I only have a 5& 1/2" wrist so it it is good for a smaller wrist. If I bought the larger one I would have had more play to maneuver opening it but then it really would have too much drape for me. What I don't understand is why they would put this clasp on such a beautiful bracelet ,which is not inexpensive, instead of the insert clasps they put on their 14kt ones. Not only is it hard to maneuver opening it but it takes away from the beautiful fluid style and cheapens the appearance and most likely the clasp will end up on top part of wrist. I don't really know as I gave up on trying to put it on. Maybe you will find it easier than I did. As far as the bracelet itself goes, it's a 5 star bracelet for it fluidity, appearance, fantastic upscale well made weave. Maybe the clasp will not be an issue for someone else or they won't mind it's sort of break in its fluid look. Sadly for me, I must return it and hope they will do similar styles with an insert clasp which I would gladly pay a little xtra for.
