House2Home 6.25-qt Cast Aluminum Stove Top Pressure Cooker is rated 2.7 out of 5 by 3.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from H2H Cast Aluminum Stove Top Low Pressure Cooker The pot looks fairly well made. However the locking mechanism is very stiff. I am assuming it will loosen up with use, but in the meantime, when that lid is hot, it will not be an easy or safe procedure to remove. My biggest complaint is the pot came with no instructions except for a sheet of paper listing capacity, materials, cleaning recommendations, and safety warnings. There was no instruction book included with the pot. This machine, because it is low pressure, will operate differently from a regular pressure cooker. How do I use this safely? How about some cooking tips using it? What is timing compared to high pressure pot?How about some recipes so we can get accustomed to the machine? NOTHING. Sending back.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not a true “pressure” cooker I purchased this to replace my 20-year old Fagor Splendid stovetop pressure cooker. I would not consider this a “pressure cooker” at all. I think the title is very deceiving, as when I opened the box, the item is actually called “low-pressure cooker”. If you are accustomed to cooking with pressure, this will not impress. My Fagor uses 15 PSI pressure. This “low pressure” unit is something like 2 PSI. A “tight lid” really. Its going back, as I don’t even know what I’d cook in it. This won’t save me much time for stews, short ribs, artichokes, legumes or really anything I use my Fagor “pressure cooker” to cook quickly. The title should clearly state LOW-PRESSURE cooker, as I’m now out the cost of shipping due to thinking I was purchasing a normal pressure cooker.
