Rated 2 out of 5 by from Don’t let the size fool you! Nowhere near the power my last hand held massager from home medics was. Looked very similar to this one but was an older model. This one does not it out the strength needed for a deep massage. It also shuts off after a certain time interval and doesn’t restart more than twice before shutting down completely. Very disappointed. I have 3 buldging disk in my lower back and the old one would at least numb the pain long enough for me to go to sleep at night.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poorly made The twin heads are disappointing. The handle is designed wrong, when you attempt to move the heads around , your hand hits the switch and turns it off. I will be returning it asap.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Hand Massager With Heat This is my choice for a great massage that really works on stiff muscles and pain all over the body. With its long handle, I can reach the muscles in my upper and lower back with heat. Don't use it for more than 15 minutes because it could damage the unit and over heat. I usually have it on for 3 to 5 minutes with great results

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Lifesaver This is the 3rd or 4th Homedics hand held massagers in the past 20 plus years!! I have worn out at least two of these for tense muscles, back and leg aches and all the muscle spasms from fibromyalgia. Sadly my English Bulldog ate the last one!! The original was the best!!! Over the years handles were changed, etc. The only downside I have found is the placement of the on/off switch and the rubber around the handle rotates in my hand. Overall it’s still a lifesaver!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not as good as my previous model Had one for years and loved it but it died. Thought I was buying a replacement but the newer model is cheap and not as pleasant. It really almost stresses me out more. I might return jt

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Handle is prone to breaking Though this unit has good strong motors the original design of this model was a solid cast frame so the handle would not break, and the motors were much stronger. It lasted about 35 years. After 3 months with this current model the handle broke and cracked off at the upper rubber sleeve due to vibration. It would be nice if the original model were put back in circulation (though its problem was with the diecast gear breaking that separated the width of the balls) and the controls in both models are annoyingly are prone to self shutting off are accidentally shutting off in certain positions, so an inline control unit in the middle of the cord might be better, the cord is sufficiently lengthy however.
