broke in 2 weeks
this item broke in 2 weeks but I request for replacement and according to the customer service is no longer available, but here, it's in stock. I don't understand why QVC will say it's no longer available.. I don't really write negative review. but I am disappointed.

BE CAREFUL!
I bought it for a Xmas gift, and after using it a couple times it was had electrical sparks where the rollers are. THANK GOD! No body got hurt! But I’d be VERY skeptical in wanting to turn it on or use it at all after that!

Holy shiatsu!
By far the best back massage pillow I've ever purchased and I've bought many. The heat is just enough to penetrate sore muscles without being uncomfortable. The shiatsu massage has two levels, both are amazing but a word of warning.... The first setting is for people who are not tender or sore to the touch and who have some k knowledge of this rather rough version of massage as it is intense. A tip from me is do not sit back as far as you can and be plastered to the pillow give a little wiggle room between your back and the pillow then adjust from there. I got overzealous because I suffer chronic back pain and sat extremely close to it an used it only for the amount of time before the auto shutoff which I believe is 10 or 15 min. But an hour or so later I was so sore I could barely walk, felt like I got hit by a baseball bat. Other than my own mistakes I love love this people and recommend highly, it will change your life... Treat yourself.

Comfort and massage
The shiatsu experience is wonderful on my back and heat only adds to the experience.
It comforts me as it also gently soothes the tight muscles in the neck. I would recommend this product to everyone.

Yes & No
I have had 3 neck/spinal surgeries and have tried everything out there. Finally something that helps, it is large; however, but I find this cozy as is wraps around your back, neck, shoulders (that is where I have used mine). The concerns I do have are in agreement with others. I can barely feel the heat. The massage area is up a little higher than it should be, thus making it a tad difficult, at least for my lower back pain. I do have 1 perfect chair, so move it around before you give up. It is a great name brand, very well made, and so far the best item I have found to help ease my pain.

Uncomfortable
This item did not fit my body, I don't know if it was the product or my body but I found it very uncomfortable. I could not even feel the heat and I think it is to large (thick) for me. I took this to the Post Office and returned it to QVC.

very uncomfortable
Having had lumbar surgery (17 years ago), and receiving pain relief with heat and massage, I thought this pillow would be great for me. WRONG! The heat unit never got warm; the massage felt good, but when it went off (only runs for 15 minutes at a time - which I do not recall hearing during the presentation), you had to lug this big pillow from behind you, as the massage balls were very uncomfortable. All in all, my back hurt worse after using this pillow than before. I have already sent it back.

Nice but returning
This is a very nice product, however, it's large and cumbersome and just not going to work for me. I have to go behind a nightstand to plug and unplug directly into outlet, it is annoying to move around after use on the bed, and it is in the way afterwards. I guess I just didn't use enough forethought about it's practicality for my lifestyle before purchasing. But if you think of all these things and figure it would work out for you, it is a very nice product.
