Rated 3 out of 5 by from Decision Made ok, after i finally got the TV set up i had many issues. the "other Options" stopped working. i could go into it but when i clicked on any of them, nothing happened. i was getting mad at this point. then when i wanted to turn it off, it changed valumn. i would get kicked out of what i was watching and get a black screen, still had sound.i learned if i wait a few seconds, picture will come back. sure enough, it did. plus this TV has voice capability yet the remote has no mic button. then the final blow was a DMR license code error. look it up. so i couldn't watch what i want. i called Hisense but had to call back with Model/serial numbers. in the meantime, i unplugged it and printed the return label , ready to send it back. it seemed that most problems occurred after 9pm, weird, so later that evening i plugged it in turned it on and texted my daughter this "i will make you a bet. I bet that between 9-10 pm my tv will f%%$ up. well, guess what.....i haven't had one single problem with this tv sense. can't explain it. so i will keep it. i bought this tv because of the deal on QVC. i knew nothing about Hisense. i said yes to recommending it only because everybody has to decide for themselves. i never called Hisense back but the guy i did speak with , spoke English and was very professional.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not worth it Bought this for my son’s Birthday. Lasted 3.5 months, now will not turn on. I have not had much success buying electronics from QVC. Have tried the extended warranties through them and they were a hassle also.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Finally received the TV...but........... So, I finally received the TV I ordered, I was please because it was received before ETA expected. Great..... Problem, this TV requires legs you must assembly..not a problem you would think. PROBLEM: The manufacturers did not include the screws in order to be able to attach the legs. I called Customer Service, they are extremely nice reps, however, they did inform me it can take up to 7 business days for these screws to ship. Advice... Move on to another vendor. Screws to attach the legs should not be an issue, but yet it is. Just my two cents.
