HP Touch 17.3" Laptop Intel Core i3 8GB RAM 2TB HDD w/ Office 365 is rated 1.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Maybe it was just this one but . . . This is the worst experience I have EVER had with getting a new laptop. I was having trouble with the setup (Customer Service reps aren't prepared to answer computer questions and could not find a # for HP). Then I got through that and then received a fake Microsoft message which was clearly a virus, so it is going back. How do you setup a new laptop that is not protected enough to even get started???
