Rated 2 out of 5 by from Frustration, Constant troubleshooting / issues. after troubleshooting this computer for the past 3 months, It's getting ridiculous. From the start the Omen 880 didn't display my monitor. I tried not to make a big deal out of it and re installed the graphics and the processors in order for the monitor to run, it's also G Sync, Alienware 34" so no compatability isssues shold've occurred. Before any of this I had to factory restore the computer due to not wanting to have to re install the processors and card upon the first week of purchase. 2 Programs were applied to the computer at the time, Google chrome, and Steam. I'm affiliated with Keystone Helicopters as a GFX Designer / Sub Tech so my knowledge on what was going wrong was precise. For about a week, the monitor stayed displayed, Stock power adapters, no over voltage, power protectors in fact, none of that. Any suggestion or possible trouble shooting solution to the 100 problems that I had in the beginning had no answer. I ended up having to upgrade the Windows to 10 Pro, and realized which was not specefied that the Nvidia Graphics GeForce GTX 1080 was the founders edition. I've kept this device in perfect condition, and was the one who had to fix it from the beginning recieving a faulty product. But as I said I have extensive knowledge on how to fix these issues, and yet, they'd only fix them temporarily. And when I say I Fixed, This is in no way me speaking of internals, simply the applications the computer came with / the system programs itself. Week 1, a rapid occured almost as a Siren was going off, and would not stop. From the specs and the clips on the back the computers description via pictures alike imply the ability to have x3 graphics cards installed at the same time. Yet the casing shows 1 x4 GFX Connecter, and extends no further past the mother board to even have the option to install a 3rd. So why is there an extra 2 vents for a x3 cards, why is there a 4 pin graphics adapter, and why does the motherboard not even reach the end of the vents or even having a 3rd pin. I've dealt with this, plus the fact that computer does not save any information after restart/shut down. Alarms still going off, which as I said, no programs were installed besides Generic Google Chrome/Steam, since this is suppose to be a gaming computer with an octacore AMD Ryzen processor +10 series 1080 Card, Of course I'd download Steam. At this point, it's still not saving information when I shut it down at night, it's still setting off random alarms, it's still wasn't as depicted which I was willing to tolerate until noticing a founders edition version of the 1080 and a 4 pin adapater with a motherboard that's a good 4 inches short of the 2 other vents. Obviously there was some sort of misplacement with the motherboard, the description, and the pictures that depict the physical components. The computers very powerful computer, and having these issues should not be happening. I've had Micro Center, and Geek Squad both go over these issues which they too agreed this was in some manner a faulty product. Of course I'm past the return limit, it's been 3 months. It took me a while after as a I said, me myself having to fix it just to display in the beginning which during that month I didn't notice much, and thought via troubleshooter / system recovery HP updates etc would put the computer back into a normal state. But these issues are still occurring. I realize I'm behind on payments, this is not the reason I'm typing any of this. That's not the issue. I'd like to speak with someone about the entirety of this situation, a supervisor with some knowledge on the system and try to work something out. I'm still obligated to pay I understand this, but the fact that this was causing issues from the start, fixed, then begins again. How am I suppose to as I'm sure you're thinking :realize this within the 30 days and return the product: well, that's what I just stated, Fixed, not fixed, fixed, once again issues. If someone can contact me via phon to discuss this matter I'd appreciate it. Otherwise I guess I have to make calls to QVC and someone get to the correct department, which is just a hassle as I've done this but haven't been able to recipricate this information due to staffs lack of knowledge of high end computers. I need to speak with someone tknowledgeable on the specs and how the computer was suppose to come. I've tolerated them for the past 3 motnhs simply because like I said, it'd stay in proper order for a good while, then collapse just as it did in the beginning. Highly appreciate it if someone could get in contact with me through the contact information I've provided, because at this point I feel scammed. Really isn't fair. Thanks for the read and hope to hear back soon. - Best Regards M. Fraser

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Everything And More! I got my son this comp for X-mas last year. He's a ranked Overwatch Ayer in the US. The Framerates are outstanding, the machine is quiet, and does not get hot. Updates have had "0" issues. This was a great buy.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Just build your own PC Only had this for 4 days and already getting the blue screen of death. Keep seeing texture issues in many different games such as PUBG, ARK, and ArcheAge, and i'm not sure if this is right but I will put everything to MAX settings in games and will only get 30-65 FPS. I mean come on it's a GTX 1080 with a Ryzen 7 1800x Processor. I though I would get much more performance that that.
