HP 24" Touch All-in-One PC Intel Core i3 1TB HDD with MS Office 365 is rated 3.0 out of 5 by 35.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is a great computer I love my new computer, whether I'm using it as a computer or a tv. Lol! It's very clear, bright colors and sharp when it comes to viewing. It works fast when going from site to site. I also enjoy the fact that the keyboard and mouse are not attached to the computer, so that I can sit wherever I want and work on the computer or watch it as a television. I have Netflix on it and I watch a lot of YouTube videos, so it works great for both.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from All you need to do is remove the bloatware!! Everyone is complaining about how slow this computer is, but did you not READ THE SPECS?!? This PC only has 4GB of ram and A LOT of bloatware. What did you expect for $700? A super fast gaming PC?! I removed the bloatware and expanded the ram to 16GB (which it very clearly states in the specs that it is expandable to). It cost me $150 to turn this computer into a computer that would cost around $150. Read the specs on what you are buying BEFORE you purchase it and UPGRADE YOUR RAM!! Even my 11 year old was able to watch a youtube video to figure it out. This is a great computer if you read the specs and upgrade it to the memory it is able to be upgraded to and remove all of the bloatware. Read, read, read before you buy! Dont blame QVC because you purchased a basic computer and dont read what you're buying! Ram is cheap and it turns this computer into a great one. I use it for my growing business in conjunction with my cricut machine and it works flawlessly, even with how many projects I need to save and cut and print! It works flawlessly. If anyone wants any info on how to make this computer fast and smooth, let me know. I am willing to help. PLEASE make sure you purchase the correct ram and DO NOT go higher than 16GB or you will blow your computer completely! I make my custom decals, tshirts, hoodies, shoes, you name it, all with this computer and my cricut! I love the large monitor and how fast and smooth it runs, making my projects go so much faster than my last computer. I recommend this computer definitely, but ONLY if you spend the $150 to upgrade the ram. 8GB is enough for majority of users, but with my line of work I went with 16GB. Enjoy everyone!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product! I am very happy with my new HP desktop. The screen has a really big display which makes surfing very easy. There is also plenty of storage on this computer for all your needs. I only wish I was able to get it in black but they were out. Otherwise I highly recommend this computer!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from You got me again QVC! Like so many others, I to have had MANY issues with this computer!! It seems that buying any HP device from QVC is and will be fraught with problems! My last HP was the Beats special edition notebook and it was, just junk! So I bought this computer to replace the last and wouldn't you know, here we go again !! In the beginning I started to notice subtle hiccups or glitches. And shortly after the 30 day return period and with a new Microsoft update, it all went down hill! It keeps freezing and locking up, the interrogated camera is horrible, the microphone does not work, it will not load crucial updates properly, the USB connections work when they want, I have even experienced failed internet connections Via. the either net connection, and IT IS SLOW!! Ive done several of the HP self diagnosing test and they detect no issues?? It took a lot of research and reading and I finally found a notice on HPs web sight that says this computer is among a list of others that have not been tested with the Microsoft Upgrades/Updates and one of the common problems is with the USB ports and how they lose connection after doing an upgrade and how to fix it in 100 easy steps!! So in summery, if you want to spend hours of your precious time troubleshooting, trying to explain in detail to a Representative of HP or Microsoft ( whom neither of which speaks English) and or trying to explain the issues to someone at QVC ( whom apparently do not care ) and that is from personal, previous experience and from reading others feed back, then by all means, Buy this computer! Rated 1 out of 5 by from Waste of money I got the computer in January, it is already slowing dow, it is way to expensive to have any problems and for what it is actually offering. The processor is not fast enough to keep up with normal every day use from my mother, who uses it for internet and word. She does not play games or put extra software on it. I think having to pay for Word is ridiculous. Save your money and buy an Apple.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from loud and slow this pc is obnoxiously loud and sluggish and slow takes forever to open a email. I called QVC for info on this and Courtney in customer service was not so helpful. I sometimes have to tap the side of it to make it stop making the weird noises it makes.
