Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Purchase Ever! I LOVE my new HP Touch Screen! The screen is largeer than it looks on TV, which helps me to be able to see & read things better! Thank you HP & QVC for another great product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from PROBABLY THE WORSE COMPUTER I'VE EVER OWNED Please be very careful if you are deciding to purchase this computer. This is the first time I have switched from a DELL and boy am I sorry. It's loud, something is always churning in the background and because every thing is in the monitor you hear ever sound and it's annoying. If that were the only problem I'd learn to deal with it but my latest problem is graphics don't load and it takes FOREVER to load QVC pages. For example when you go to the QVC page and the video is loading, the video is completely BLACK and you can't scroll or do anything until it loads completely. I've been on HP'S site to try and fix it and nothing works because I think it has a terrible graphics card and it's just not sufficient for doing the basic things. I purposely did not load any programs onto this machine except for my GENEALOGY PROGRAM which is FAMILY TREE MAKER. It's almost painful to try and use it. I can't really figure out what the problem is and how to fix it but I do know that I HAVE NEVER HAD PROBLEMS with any of the DELL desktops I've had and I will go back to DELL. I got lured in with the All-in-One concept but I'd take a Dell desktop over this any day.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from HP 24" Touch All in One I am 62 and love technology. I just replaced an acer computer of which was 9 years old. Still had the Windows Vista but because there are no more updates for the system, I knew it was time to change and had been thinking about it for sometime. This is exactly what I needed. Thanks QVC

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Performs well This AIO computer works very well. Decent speed. Took 6 hours to download and install Windows updates. Need to install updates before operating for the first time. Speed is very comparable to a I3 laptop that I have. Took off one star because there was no Software voucher included with the computer. It took several emails to QVC before they said that they would send me the Avanquest software downloads by mail. Still waiting for the software to arrive.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Blue screen I purchased this computer in Jan. 2018 it runs slow and now it has a blue screen and the worst part I’m still paying for it and it was a gift for my son. I’ve had an HP all in one for 13years without issues 7ntil recently.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible PC I have had several HP computers and have always been happy, but this one is a piece of work. I have only used it about 15 times in 2 months. The computer just shuts down and restarts. It is not updating, it just shuts down. I am wondering if my computer is a refurbished computer. I am sad and will be cautious purchasing other computers from QVC. QVC usually sells quality computers, but not this one. I would not recommend this, and I am surprised to be saying this because I love QVC and have been a happy customer for a long time.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great HP Product; software not so much I like this HP all-in-one and am surprised to read reviews stating it is slow or hard to set up. I had no such problems. The problems I experienced were with PC Mover. First, QVC sent an email suggesting we follow an instruction sheet, but no such sheet was received and tech support at PC Mover didn't know about it either. Using the software access card sent separately by QVC, I was able to start the file transfer but it bogged down. I had to get a tech person to do a manual transfer for me, using an ethernet cable. I think QVC should have advised us about how the individual software programs would have to be loaded one by one. But apart from software glitches, I am very happy with the all-in-one. I think the price for the package was still a bargain even though I am not using the software.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Frustrating Experience I was so excited to get this all-in-one. It's sharp looking in white, but I was disappointed I did not get software with the unit. I waited close to a week and received a flimsy card that instructed me to log on to a website and put in code numbers (The software is lame and many items are only good for a year). First thing I wanted to do was transfer data from my old PC to this new computer. It took between 15 and 20 hours to get this done. A day or two later some of the icons on my desktop disappeared and then the next day I was alerted by a beeping. The BIOS needed to be updated. I didn't even know what that was, but I followed the instructions. It never would update. So after going online and talking with an HP rep and getting a case number, I called the number I was given and the tech tried without success to update my BIOS. He said it was corrupted. I have now received a large box from HP so that I can send this unit to a repair place over 900 miles away!! I am worried that the information that was transferred might be compromised. I will pack the monitor up tonight and get it sent out. I think I am going to return it to QVC when it comes back, but then that means I have to pack it up one more time. Not worth the stress I've had to deal with.
