Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not impressed Huge battle, with major frustration and time consuming phone calls to QVC and HP and HP support website. Paid for Microsoft Office Package and nothing came with the computer...no codes or any information on how to access what I paid for. Seriously considering sending this back for a full refund, price not worth all this trouble. I am very surprised that QVC has allowed this HP product to tarnish what QVC does.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst purchase ever from QVC I purchased not one but two HP laptops from QVC and neither is worth what I paid for. a true waste of money and I still don't have a working laptop. Both of them worked fine for a couple of days then they wouldn't even boot up. the first one was the 19 inch with basically the same offerings as the 15 inch. Only after the return policy is over that the thing starts acting crazy sometimes shutting down during operation. Then I decided to invest in a second one, another really good offer I thought, this one with the backlit keyboard and the same thing happened. I wish I had read the comments prior to purchasing because I never would have purchased either one because neither is of any use to me. WORST PURCHASES EVER. Don't think I'll be purchasing electronics from QVC again. Wish you'd take them both back as all they're doing is taking up space.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Extremely Frustrated After waiting almost 3 weeks for this to arrive and calling qvc customer service to find out why it was delayed in customs for a week they couldn't give me an answer. Once it arrived I was excited it was easy to set up. I had no problems for at least 2 weeks I had to call HP support because it was running slow and wouldn't shut down they cleared up that issue. Then just recently the computer to a system update and all over again I had multiple issues spent 2 hours on phone with HP they couldn't clear up issue told me to contact Microsoft I spent about 1 1/2 hrs on phone told me everything was good to go not even an hour later BIG issue again 2 hours on phone with Microsoft again they said they needed to wipe computer clean that Should fix problems. We'll it didn't I feel I have waste alot of money not to mention I purchased a computer 2 yrs ago from Qvc and 14 months later the mother board dies. So yes alot of wasted money and time. I'm very disappointed with my purchase and wish I could return it bit of course I've owned it for 3 months not even finished paying for it. I'm sick over this and will not make another electronic purchase from Qvc unless return policy is longer then 30 days.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Office purchased but not included I ordered this computer in August, and paid extra for Office 365, which should have been included or at least been supplied a code to install it. Although I love the computer itself (that's why I gave it 4 stars), I don't feel I should have to waste my time getting a code, which should have been supplied to me at the time of purchase. I called HP and they told me to call PC Treasures, which supplied other codes. They told me they did not have the license from Microsoft to supply the code. I called Microsoft and they said they could help me, but I needed to supply them with an invoice that showed that it included Office 365. I called QVC Customer Service, and they sent me a copy of the invoice; however, it did not include the Office 365 in the description. Maybe QVC should make Office a separate invoice. If I can ever get the corrected invoice, I will be able to get my Office, otherwise I will be out the extra money I paid to get this feature. I waited too long to return the computer, otherwise I would have sent it back and reordered one without Office--it's only a $20 difference to order directly from Microsoft. Better luck to anyone getting Office on their computers.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Buyer Beware - Broken Out of the box Just got it today. Was super exciting. Opened the box after the kids went to bed and spent two hours online with HP. The touchpad is broken. I can only use the touchscreen for a mouse. What a waste of money.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Started giving problems after just one week. I really wanted to love this computer. It comes with a great list of features that I like: the 17 inch screen, the touch screen, the Intel i processor, big hard drive, backlit keyboard, and it has the DVD burner which most computer manufacturers don't include anymore. But just one week in and I had noticed that it was freezing a lot and slowing down. It was hesitating to load webpages. Then it began turning itself off while I am trying to use it to work. Now I am seeing a message that the battery is bad. Come on, HP. I expected better quality for a computer that costs this much. I had bought another HP laptop from QVC about 9 months ago. Same issues. I sent that one back to HP for repairs and they did not honor their warranty. I had hoped for better this time. This laptop is going back. I do not recommend it. I don't like giving bad reviews, but this is frustrating. I don't blame QVC for this. I have been shopping with them for years and they are a top flight company. But I probably won't buy the HP brand again.,

Rated 4 out of 5 by from So Far So Good It took almost 3 weeks to receive this, hence the 4 stars; it arrived yesterday nicely packaged. Set up was very easy as the computer assistant walks you through step by step. So far so good.
