Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great after 1 year Bought this for my wife last year. Been working great and she loves it. If you don't know how to update a computer in this day and age when it actually does all the work for you, apparently YOU shouldn't be on a computer! Back in the day, you had to download and install all sorts of dll files and other files. So, grow up, act like the adult you are supposed to be, and quit whining!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do yourself a favor and buy something else I have not had this computer even a year and I have had to call HP 3 times for support. Operating system dropped, it takes forever to reboot, and slower then my 5 year old desktop. The only one that uses the computer is my 5th grader to do research and generate powerpoints. I wish I would have bought another computer instead of this lemon. Please do yourself a favor and look at something else.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Please don’t buy if you can’t use a computer If you can’t update your laptop to the newest version of Windows then you should not be using a laptop. There’s no reason to call support for updating a laptop. Do your research online to update it if you can’t figure out how to do it. Also, Windows will automatically run updates during the setup process. This is a great laptop that I have used in the past for work. It has plenty of storage for documents, videos, and pictures. If you have issues with this laptop then do your research and fix it. These are very easy laptops to work on

Rated 1 out of 5 by from DO NOT BUY! Please listen to the reviews! I went against my better judgement and purchased this laptop for school. I haven’t even had the laptop for a week and I’m already returning it. My first issue was that none of the items listed in the avanquest were included with my package. Second issue is that they sent me a laptop that is over a year old and hasn’t been updated since then. One of their selling points is that it comes with windows 10, however it’s is not the updated version. I had to call windows support THREE times to see if the could manually update the computer for me and they couldn’t because of how outdated it is. It moves extremely slow. This buying/ return process has been such a hassle.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very Disappointed Am so very disappointed with this laptop.I was so excited when I received it but the very next day it was so slow to an extent that you were unable to even open up a brower. This was so annoying and very frustrating as you would sit for minutes just waiting for it to load up.Am already making arrangement to return it.Very poor product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Pay Attention to the Reviews Yes, like the other reviews this HP was very slow. I didn't pay attention to the other reviews and mistakenly bought it anyway. It did come in good condition and was a nice size but after having it for 3 days I decided I couldn't look past slowness. I originally bought it for my dad and he needed a bigger screen and figured he didn't need a super fast computer anyway since he wasn't going to be doing too much on it. After he noticed that it was taking a long time to load, I decided to send it back.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Ouch New I would be getting a slower computer but I did not realize how slow. Applications took forever to load and never got espn video to run. Back light and computer itself were nice just too slow for my taste. Time to look at a i5 or i7 processor!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed I just received this, it could barely finish the initial set up. It kept saying something went wrong. When it finally finished it moved extremely slooow. We tested our internet and it was not that. It never even got the correct time zone even after logging into our internet during set up. The mouse is loud when you press it. Lastly, the fan is loud. I really wanted this one too, but also I did not realize this was a Pentium Processer. That could be the issue too! The keyboard and backlite was nice.
