Rated 4 out of 5 by from Horrible At First....Got Better Though!!! I was very excited when I got this computer. This is my 3rd HP from QVC, never had a problem. Beautiful red color but the slowest thing ever! Just when I was about to pack it to return it my son in law suggested to do an HP factory reset. So we went on YouTube and follow the directions...and voila! The computer works great now! I have NO clue why...but it works fine now. I don’t game or do lots of graphics or any of that (this is NOT the computer for that). I do stream videos once in a while, use it mostly for my church’s office work. For that it’s great...

Rated 1 out of 5 by from HORRIBLE!!! UGH! Wow...I didn't know you could even purchase such a slooooooooow brand new, or even used computer in 2018! Ridiculous! It IS a stunning red color to look at but, if I kept it, that's all that I would be doing with it. It took 2.5 hours to get in up and running to a snail's pace so, back it goes! So disappointed, dissatisfied, sad! By the way, I am VERY computer savvy.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst experience sitting up a computer ever. I bought this for my grandson for classes he will be taking in college. Nobody seems to know where the product key is located on this hp computer. Tech support from hp was 3.5 hours and no help. The guy had no clue what I was talking about. He kept telling me he could not understand me. I am from Ky. and my accent is not that bad. Called QVC and the lady just said it was built in but she didn't know where. Does anybody who owns this have any ideal where the product key is located? I would really appreciate some help. Otherwise it is going back.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No support I was excited to finally upgrade. I've had an HP for 9 years and never had a problem. I still haven't received the product key card that was supposed to be sent. A simple task of moving photos from Droid phone to this laptop and can't figure it out at all. I can't find a phone number for that 24/7 tech support line so that's not helping. I'll give it another week and see if I can sort out my challenges. If it doesn't get easier to use, back it goes. I'm

Rated 1 out of 5 by from AWFUL!!! This is the 2nd HP I've ordered from QVC over the years & the 2nd one that is going back. Spent in excess of 2 hrs trying to get this alleged "new" computer working up to the speed of a snails pace. Best the QVC tech support company could do was reinstall all programs, again on a brand new computer?!? Additionally also rec'd 2 diff directions from "tech support" reps., to perform the same function. Think I'm giving up on buying a computer from QVC. I realize the product comes from the mfr, but one has to wonder about the specs that QVC requires. Overall I've been very pleased w/QVC products, just can't trust them for a computer.
