Rated 1 out of 5 by from Lid too HOT to handle! What is the point of having a straining lid if you can't use it?? The pot handle has a black stay-cool grip (which works great) but the numb on top of the lid does not. So when you boil for pasta and then go to drain it with the staining lid the lid it SUPER hot (burnt myself). I didn't think about it when buying this pot but the pot I replaced had a stay-cool numb on top so you could hold it on when straining.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy cleanup [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice heavy duty and durable pan. The 3 quart size is perfect for cooking a variety family meals or sides. The nonstick coating wipes clean with ease and I love that it’s toxin free as well as more durable than traditional Teflon coatings. The dual handles are silicone coated keeping them cool to the touch when carrying a heavy and hot full pan while still being oven safe to 400°. Both handles are positioned at the very top of the pan allowing the pan to nest with others in the GreenPan Stackable series for easy storage. The glass lid has two sizes of holes for venting steam and draining foods after cooking. Unfortunately while the higher handles allow the pans in this line to stack for storage it also means that the rivets are within the rim of the lid so the lid needed notched over the rivers to fit properly. Because of the notches there’s no way to use the lid WITHOUT using the steam vents. It also means you can’t quickly pop the lid on and off. You’ll need to take a few seconds to line up the notches which can be mildly annoying if you are in a hurry.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for cooking rice [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pot is amazing. I used it to steam rice and it came out better than my rice cooker. Its also great for vegetables. Plus it has the top that allows you to drain water, which is perfect for spaghetti noodles or ramen noodles. I definitely would recommend this to everyone. This is a must have for anyone that cooks.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Size, Easy to Use and Clean! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The GreenPan Ceramic Nonstick Saucepan is nice and roomy, allowing for many uses, but it's isn't too heavy. The straining lid adds convenience, and fits snugly, allowing me to use it with confidence that it won't slip out on me. It strained my pasta perfectly, without water remaining. It comes with a list of recommendations, including avoiding cooking sprays. I used my oil misting bottle instead, and it worked wonderfully. As far as the nonstick qualities, they were ideal. I was able to make a sticky cheese sauce and curry sauce without the slightest issue with cleanup. I followed the suggestions and handwash it, and it still looks brand new, even with repeated use. I use a flat top electric range, and the heat distribution has been great, no hot spots. This is a nice quality pan, and I recommended it highly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sleek Design [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this saucepan! First it's actually looks good and the quality is great. I love the design and the color contrast of the silver and dark gray ceramic. I love the fact that the lid is also a strainer because it's convenient. Plus the 2 handle feature is perfect because it's easier to carry. It's also non-stick and very easy to clean! The pan being toxin-free is definitely a plus specially when I have kids at home that I have to cook for.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great pot with a strainer! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very sturdy pot, very nice looking. I love the two handles that you can grip and handle very well when cooking a bigger dish. But my favorite part is the strainer that is included in the lid. It makes draining pasta so easy! This has become one of my favorite pots to use while cooking.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really love it [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used my green pan 3qt everyday this week; used it for sauce, steming vegetables, grounded meat, and frying and will have to say I love it. Heated up evenly no sticking what so ever and didn’t scratch during cooking process or washing I definitely am looking into replacing all my pots n pans now.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Green pan is the best [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the green pan brand. They are toxin free which is something I didn't even know about. They are non-stick which is no joke. I can just rub my sponge across it and it comes right off. Now this saucepan is different then the other ones I own. This is is quite heavier which I think is a good thing. I have cooked several things from rice, salsa, gravy and noodles. It does a wonderful job. I like the fact that the lid strains it which is so nice and also works great. The only thing I didn't like which is why I gave it 4 stars is the lid. I felt like it didn't fit as well as it should have. On top of that I use it for other things like rice and it is a bit of a challenge to get the lid to line up just right so the heat wouldn't escape. Over then that they are fantastic.
