Bulb not working
It appears the bulb should glow blue. The one I tried weakly glowed orange. Am returning as I believe this is a defective product.

Perfect
Did so much research on air purifiers and went with these. What a difference it has made. The air in my bedroom feels thinner and I have noticed that there are no smells at all. I have pets and before I could always smell the lingering scent of them, but now I don't. I am very happy with this purchase and such a great price for 2 of them!

Defective out of box
Had high hopes for this product. Instead, I would avoid purchasing this product. Purchased 2 of these units, both defective out of the box. No blue light, only a dim internal orange light. Left unit on for 1 hour, Orange light went out on one of the unis. Spoke to QVC customer service rep, going back on DEFECT. Will not reorder or order anything by this company again. Noticed there were multiple complaints about this product similar to mine. Too bad, as this reflects poorly on QVC. At least QVC is doing the right thing. Would give "0" stars, but, not allowed.

Worth every penny
These are awesome!!! I had doubts at first but with QVC’s return policy I thought why not try them. They work perfectly! I love that we are not breathing in chemicals from plug ins. I have one of these in a main bathroom. You do not smell anything but clean air when you walk in the bathroom. The other one is in my dogs room. I have two dogs, 50 and 100lbs. Their room is small with two dog beds. I clean their room every week. I love my dogs but I hate dog smell. With this plug in their room does NOT have a dog odor. Now don’t mistaken my review you still need to clean lol but it does kill odors and you are not putting chemicals in the air. LOVE this product!!!!

Great Purchase!
I have a small kitchen with no windows and cooking smells just linger. I got this and plugged it in near the stove and now no lingering smells! It is a tad bit loud and the instructions say that for best results to leave it on all the time - which I have. And it's fine - I don't notice the sound when I am in the kitchen fixing a meal. I am concerned about the bulb burning out although others say it lasts a really long time. Does QVC carry the bulbs?

Seems to be working
I have my house on the market for sale. I have a cat and two dogs. I am hoping to downplay the "aroma" LOL. It seems to be working fine.
