Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too Small The item was well made but much too small for any child to use. I truly thought the pieces would be larger. Very disappointed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Educational and Fun! I received this Glow in the Dark Solar System to review from Educational insights. My son is huge to science type stuff and lately he has been all about the plants! He's also very afraid of the dark. So having a glow in dark solar system is a win all around for him! The thing I liked most that it features proportional Sun and planets. Not only is this solar system really easy to put together, makes learning fun, but it's very sturdy and 8 year old boy proof! He messes with it constantly!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Educational Tool! These planets and the Sun are a great educational tool for schools and at the home. I love that the sun glows in the dark and it is really helpful in teaching about the planets and the solar system!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ceiling Solar System I gave it as a gift to my young grandson who is very interested in the planets. His parents assembled it easily and it is on his bedroom ceiling. He loves it! He especially likes that the planet Pluto is still included. That is important to him! He looks forward to having the mobile in his room each night. I am very glad I got it for him!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from From bedroom to planetarium I was provided with this product in exchange for a review but opinions are my own. My children love this solar system and how it glows! The planets are made very well and I loved how we could hang them however we wanted (straight line, group, etc.). At first we were confused which planet was which since some look very similar, but the symbols on the bottom of each planet allowed us to match them to the paper diagram. I didn't expect the extra educational info on the planets, so that was a nice surprise.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very durable & high quality I put this in my son's bedroom. He loves that it glows in the dark! We've had a similar solar system in the past, but it was made of very flimsy plastic, barely glowed at all, and didn't come with any string or fishing line to hang it. This one came with all the supplies, was quick and easy to hang, plus it comes with a paper booklet about the planets. My only con is the planet Earth looks almost solid white instead of the green/blue expected. I attribute this to the cloud/atmosphere around Earth, plus they wanted to leave enough yellowish areas showing on each planet so they would glow. This is very minor in my opinion. I received this solar system in exchange for giving an honest review of the product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Does not glow Very sad 3.5 year old after realizing this glow in the dark solar system doesn't actually glow in the dark. He also pointed out that You have to tack or tape each planet to your ceiling. And my son pointed out that Saturn was made without rings. Poorly designed all around.
