Gemstone Bold Cut Flower Ring, 12.00 cttw, Sterling Silver is rated 3.4 out of 5 by 7.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Stone great, setting NOT! The amethyst was very nice with the black spinel surrounding it. If you are going to use a stone that large, it defeats the purpose if you put it on a flimsy band! The ring was not well balanced. The band was much too thin for the weight of the stone. It turned constantly. For a few dollars more, they could have had a beautiful ring. Always trying to get away with cutting corners. Once again another item returned. I think they make almost as much money with all the returns. Less and less effort goes into the quality. They used to have a lot of nice jewelry at reasonable prices - not so much anymore.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The blue topaz is outstanding! I wanted to review this as soon as I got it, because most of the reviews were for the amethyst, but I got the blue topaz and it's great. I look for certain things when I buy a ring: good prongs that will actually hold the stone in (I've lost too many stones over the years due to poor settings.) This stone looks very secure in the setting. An open gallery underneath so you can keep the stone clean - this ring has that. I also like a well-cut stone: if a light-colored stone isn't faceted enough, you can sometimes see right through it to your finger. This one has enough facets all over that it always catches the light and looks "sparkly". It fits true to size, doesn't turn on my finger, doesn't feel like it will catch on things easily, and is narrow enough to wear next to another ring. I love the black spinel around the edges - they make a nice contrast. So if you're interested in the blue topaz, I'd say go for it!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Stone was dull and ring slips I guess you get what you pay for. This was too good to be true. The amethyst was dark and dull. And the ring was too top heavy for the size of the shank so it turned all the time. I don't return much but I did return this ring.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Inclusion in Amethyst stone I ordered the Amethyst ring. The color is beautiful, but when I examined the stone I saw the inclusions. It seems like they may have shipped me a return. I have not decided if I will try to get another one or not. I am very disappointed with what I received!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amethyst choice A beautiful gorgeous royal purple stone. A juicy grape. The checkerboard facets make the amethyst glisten. The stone I received is perfect. The black spinel really makes the huge amethyst pop. Not top heavy as one would expect with such a big stone. A comfort to wear. A very unique ring. I might spring for the blue topaz next...it's that special.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Black inclusion in the amethyst stone I love this ring and received it yesterday. In holding it up to the light I noticed what appeared to be a smudge...closer examination showed 4 small black inclusions clustered together in the amethyst. For $200 I expect a better quality stone and will return it. The amethyst color is very nice, but the quality of the stone is a deal breaker. Bummed!
