Rated 3 out of 5 by from Lasted for only 2 years Bought Vivosmart 4 after 6 Fitbits that lasted for 6 months each. And now this one falls off of my arm!! Dissapointed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Slim looking, but poor battery life and parts I chose this watch as I was looking for a slim design that looked discreet as an everyday watch yet was able to track my day to day health. Setting up was straightforward, and I had a good time using it, and love the autostart feature when it noticed that I started walking for a considerable amount of time. However, over the months, I noticed that the battery life has decreased tremendously - I would need to charge it every 4 - 5 days despite not actively using any sports tracker and recently, in its 11th month, the gold frame of the watch has been detached due to poor workmanship (despite not being underwater - I always remove when I shower and I've taken it for swimming in Jan/ Feb for less than 5 times). I also had encountered several challenges with Garmin's workmanship, that left me very dissatisfied with the product overall. If the warranty doesn't cover the damage, I would likely be seeking a new watch of a different brand.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Overall nice tracker I bought this several months ago and use it nearly everyday. It is lightweight and tracks most of what I want. It is fairly durable too. My only complaint is there are occasional glitches with the app connecting to the watch.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great size, worked well for a few months I bought this a few months ago and was excited about all the good things : battery life, sleep tracking etc It has since stopped keeping the battery charged for more than 15 hours. I am frustrated and disappointed because I needed it to support me on keeping healthy habits. I have made all the recommended battery saving adjustments with no improvement.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good for the price I have been using the Vivosmart for about 6 weeks. I like it, and love the size, but there are limitations. I would like more flexibility in settings (ie heart rate zones, treadmill settings, etc). I love the body battery; it’s helpful in keeping track of other aspects of my life. My ideal: a smart device with a smaller size similar to the Vivosmart.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works Quite Nicely! Garmin has always had a good reputation for me, and when my fitness tracker's technology was no longer supported swimming, I had to look for a new one. My requirements were that the fitness track had to accommodate swimming AND it had to be a discreet device. All reviews of fitness trackers pointed me toward the Garmin vivosmart 4. Now that COVID-19 restrictions have been lifted at my pool, it's been back in the water, and the Garmin vivosmart 4 works quite nicely!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Only had it for a few days so far, so far so good! Really enjoy it so far, BUT I've only had it for about a week. That's the only reason why I haven't given it 5 stars. Functionally, it does everything well that it advertises. The one thing that I have not yet tried is the GPS enabled through your phone, which I am eagerly wanting to. Also, this might be a con to some, but to me I'm even happier about this - the screen is even smaller in person than I though it'd be. I've had no problems syncing it to my phone, I feel like it tracks steps and heart rate pretty accurately. Overall, I love it so far! It does what I want out of it!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I hate it I got this last week for a study. I can't change the time to standard time, I can't tell when the day starts counting, i can't change the goals, it only wakes up about half the time I touch it. I assume it is sending data for the study, but I don't know that for sure.. It needs a lot of work.
