Rated 2 out of 5 by from Sit Below Waist! What is going on with this brand? Nothing is consistent in sizing any longer! I love these jeans in the dark rinse, however, they sit below the waist. Every great pair of jeans is high waisted now, but GILI jeans are low waisted—why??? Tired of paying postage both ways on this brand on this iffy brand any longer!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from cute but sizing growing I loved that GILI was sized like brick and mortar store sizing. In other lines like Linea QVC had let their vanity sizing go hey wire and now it's two sizes above brick and mortar. I can't size down because I am a brick and mortar 0 or 2 petite. GILI was not like that and I could wear it. I noticed these in 0 petites were bigger than my other GILI jeans. Jill is now wearing 0. She once wore 2. If this continues I won't be able to wear this line either. QVC has sized me out. I guess that's good for my pocket book, These are well made and very cute. I thought they would be a little young for me but they are not... they are very classy. If you can wear them they are very flattering.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love it, but ....... I bought a darker color in 8P and 10P. Tried them both. 1. I prefer 8P - fitter a litte bit than 10P. I can wear both sizes depends on if I wear layers especially in cold weather. It stretches good. I do not know how much the material will shrink or come back after several washes. 2. Jill Martin, please make the waist line sit at the waist or slightly below the waist. On me, it does not sit too low though. But, I prefer higher. 3. The flare on 8P is sleeker than if I wear 10P. If the flare is too big, it does not look good. Make it a little bit smaller. 4. The 8P length: will not swipe the floor if I wear at least 1 - 1 1/2 inches. I will return 10P and buy more colors if the waist line is higher.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 70's but Classier! I just love these jeans! I bought the 12P because of the shorter length in the light wash. They have stretch, so I bought the dark color in 10P, and the fit is perfect! I tried to get the light wash then in 10P, but it's not available. Whah! Anyway, I'll keep them both because what about days when you eat that extra cookie! Ha, ha. I love these jeans, and they wash beautifully. It would be awesome if there were more colors! Please keep these on the Q menu!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Wonderful If You Have Huge Hips These jeans are darling but on me it looks like I’m wearing riding pants because they are so huge in through the hips and they balloon out. If you are more straight up and down these probably won’t work for you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cool 70's Chic I absolutely love the cool, boho, hippie, retro 70's look (or whatever you want to call it). To me it reminds me of my teen years in the early 70's......yes, I am showing my age by saying that! The embroidery on these jeans is done very nicely and as Jill stated, is just enough, it is not overdone. After several years of "skinny legs" and "pencil legs", I'm enjoying the return to a flare leg or dare I say it a "bell bottom"....never thought I would say that! I'm 5'7 but I purchased the petite since I am longer in the body than the legs. I always wear flats or minimal heel shoes and I find a 29" - 31" inseam works best for me. These jeans at 29.5" work perfectly. With flats on, they fall on me the way they fall on Jill even though she has heels. I also took the smaller of the 2 sizes I normally wear and they are almost too big. They are very soft, light and stretchy. I'm absolutely thrilled with these and I went back to order the dark rinse as well. I also purchased the moody blues tee which I think will work well with both pair.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from GROOVY!! After tinkering with the size, once I got a pair that fit properly, I couldn't believe how cute they are AND how comfortable they are! They actually run perhaps a size larger than usual, but this is more about the cut than anything else: they have a lower rise than straight leg jeans, and thus they sit a little lower on the hips, so you want them a little closer to the body so they stay up. Going one size down took care of that. They have PLENTY of stretch everywhere, including the waistband, so no need to worry about that. I normally wear a 12 petite but they kept falling down, so I went with a 10 petite and they fit like they were made for me. By the way, if you want to look taller, thinner, and accentuate your curves, flared jeans are for you. I'm 5'2" and these pants make my legs look a mile long and make me look like I lost 10 pounds.
