Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst purchase ever Worst purchase ever. This product did not perform like it showed on television. When you had put silverware in the place for silverware it would collapse it was hard to get dishes to stay up in the brat it was good that it collapsed and that was one of the reasons to purchase it. But I didn’t want it to collaps as I was using it. It’s a defective product as far as I’m concerned so surprised that QVC is selling this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Solution To Old Pronlem I bought two of these; one for myself and one as a gift for my single adult foodie son. Had a little confusion with initial assembly which was easily resolved. Since I started using it, everyone who has visited and seen it in my kitchen has ordered one for themselves. Love that it folds up out of the way when not needed. Easily holds a day's worth of hand washed dishes. Keep the good ideas coming!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Completely impractical A dishdrain that could be folded and stored under the sink sounded ideal. This one is not usable. The dishes must be approximately the same size and flat to use the rungs made for them. If you have a rounded dish or bowl it must go in the center section, which then makes it unusable for anything else. Where do you put the coffee pot - or any other pot for that matter? There are four prongs for glasses, but unless they are super skinny, only two can fit. If you put silverware in the holder before something is in the center, the whole side collapses down on itself. Conclusion: it is only good for one dish and cup at a time!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not what I expected I think the concept is good but the actual product is not working for me. The water doesn't drain out like it's supposed to. My husband had to put something under the legs to lift it up so the water would drain or it will stay in the drainer. Also, you have to watch out how you put your plates or they will fall. I think they need to reconfigure a few things on it to make it better.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from waste of money Silverware holder will not stay up when loaded, cup & glass prongs to short to hold up a glass, extensions for plate separator are only on one side, so nothing stands up. Wish I had returned it, but am in process of move and several things I have ordered were not ready for unpacking in time.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from So-so This rack feels a little cheap, and when you fold it up the flatware container falls down—I have to keep it against a wall. It’s an ok dishes rack I guess. It just seems like it might need some design tweaks.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor design doesn't work After receiving this I put it to the test. This will only work on a recessed sink because it has no lip on top of your counter. With a traditional drop in sink you can not get the drain tube close enough for it to reach into the sink. The legs on this unit are staggered for folding purposes and because of this you must straddle the top of your sink with one leg to get it the drain tube to reach the sink. When doing so the rack is sloped down away from the sink. Because of this gravity now takes the water onto your counter top. The video only shows this being positioned on a sink that is recessed (mounted to the underside of a counter top) where there is no sink lip on top of a counter top. This will not work with the majority of the kitchen sinks that most people have. The designer didn't do their homework. I'm sure that QVC will be receiving a lot of returns regarding this product. Very disappointed !!
