They did not come in individual boxes which tells me they were someone else's returns. All adapter parts were not in boxes. I did not open until Xmas as I got for my elderly sisters.. BIGGEST waste of money, and I got her 2 sets!

Didn't get all parts
I ordered 2 sets one had all the rubber rings and stuff. Works great
But when I opened the gray ones all I got was the stands and some dime store paper thin liners.

Works on Limited Bottles
This product did not work as demonstrated on TV. I expected it to work on multiple bottles but only bottles with a specific wide opening.

These are great
These are great but you have to have already purchased the original set with the various gasket sizes. The negative reviews are only because the purchaser did not understand that. They need to work together. This is for replacing the outer piece which wears out. The gaskets do not so it is great to have these to replace.
I use them for a ton of stuff from food to shampoo. Especially my Wen products. I can't stand using the pump that comes with them. This works so much better!!
I only wrote that this is not a gift because this would not make a nice gift but is a great product to purchase for your home.

Really Needed the Extra Bases
I bought the original set several years ago. It came with multiple gaskets (yellow, orange, red pieces) but only 2 bases. I use these A LOT but always seem to have 3 or 4 bottles needing to be flipped but only 2 bases. Really glad that the bases are offered as a separate item (and really glad I did not throw away all the extra gaskets I had but could not use without the base). These are great for getting that last 1 to 2 inches of product out of the bottom of bottles.
(Note: Several reviews say these are useless and too large. These need to be used with the gaskets. If this is your first time purchase, order to complete set with purple bases and yellow/orange/red gaskets first!).

Way too big and all one size
I should have read the reviews first! One of the reviews said the caps were all the same size AND that size is way too large for any cosmetic or lotion bottles. I'm not sure I have anything in the house that they'll fit. What I bought them for was for my lotion bottle, and they're not even close to fitting that.
I'm very disappointed.

Must-Have!
These are designed to supplement the basic sets & are essential for being able to use the other adapters that would otherwise sit unused. The adapters we use the most of are the yellow & orange ones. Bought these so I could implement the remaining yellow & orange adapters that we ran out of purple bases for. QVC: the Flip-It! System is fantastic & I do hope you will never discontinue it! I've done away completely with the pumps that come with our Philosophy & Wen products. These Flip-It! caps are essential to getting every last drop out of the bottle with zero mess/zero leakage. A Godsend for travel, too! I would recommend for everyone!
