Disappointed
It was different then what I expected. It is just a colored styrofoam cooler that I could have bought anywhere. You have to interlock the pieces each time and I found when I added ice it leaked. This is the first item I have ever bought from QVC that I was disappointed in. I don't know why I didn't send it back but it just sits in my garage. Perfect for No One!

Good for grocery shopping within 20-25 minute trip. Achilles heal of this is the tabs that puzzle piece together to form the sides. Not sturdy. One rip off after trying to fold it up. Idea would have been good but the material needs work.

Good but not great
Ok so this box is really good at keeping food cold...frozen not so much..they say and show it keeping ice cream frozen for hours( haven't tried that test but will soon) we just recently made a purchase at a club store. Frozen pizza, frozen shrimp ,butter etc.. we have the items in the box for 2 hours while still shopping..when we got home yes it was still frozen but you could clearly see them starting to defrost. Another hour in there I think it would have been done. So overall with a few tests so far it works, but not for long hours as they claim.

This product seemed fine until i loaded drinks and ice in it. Nothing stayed cold, the ice started to melt and the product started to leak.

Great for picnics.
I've had 2 of these XL boxes of a couple of years, and this weekend discovered another use for them. We had a family picnic at the lake, and steamed 4 dozen ears of sweet corn. I lined the box with aluminum foil, and placed the steamed ears in the box to keep them hot. It worked really well, in fact 4 hours after lunch was served, the ears were still warm enough to enjoy eating.

Awesome Product
I took this when I went to Costco. I put all my cold stuff in it and for the first time was able to do more shopping. I didn’t have to go to Costco last. I got home about 4 hours later and my stuff was still really cold. Love this product.

Best cooler chest ever
Required no ice. I filled it up with frozen food and refrigerator food and it kept everything in tact for 5 hours. Lightweight so it’s not that heavy to pick up when full. My 83 year old sister picked it up out of the car. Would highly recommend it.
