Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed Time Piece This item fell apart and I simply ordered another one. Now the one purchased in February has fallen apart as well. The entire face fell apart from the main component. I am now trying to replace the recent one and will determine if I will ever purchase a FITBIT again. At $200 a piece, this is ridiculous.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 3rd fitbit this is my 3rd fitbit product to buy over the past several years. They don't go out on me, but I like to upgrade. I have had this one for over a year and the only thing that is starting to happen is the battery life is now decreased. I used to could use it for about 4-5 days before recharging, now it's 2-3 days. I love that it is waterproof so I don't have to take it off to swim. Buy a screen protector for it to get the maximum life out of it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Loved this watch til it died a year later... I’ve had this watch since May of 2019 and loved it for all its features. Last night I went to bed with it on to monitor my sleep per usual and the watch was working. Woke up and the screen was a lit up back screen. Tried all the tricks to restart it with no luck. A year is a short time for the 2 hundred-something I paid for it then. Bummer. But the watch was perfect for me so I’ll just buy a versa 2 and try again lol

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Loved it while it worked Bought this to upgrade from a Charge 2. Wore it constantly and it worked great. A few days after the 1 yr warranty was up, it went from working without issue to a black screen and would not even turn on. Tried charging, but nothing. Back to my old Charge 2 that continues to work after 4 yrs and will upgrade to an Apple watch. BTW, bought the kid version of Fitbit for my son's birthday last year. His also went black and wouldn't charge after the 1 yr mark. So disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it this was my 3rd Fitbit I went from the original to the charge and to this, I can say I absolutely love it, the only Con is that I noticed I'm allergic to the band something in the making of the band literally burns my skin. Please don't let this discourage your purchase this is far in between, its a great product for a great price and the band is an easy fix if necessary. (PS, Fitbit, will replace the band if you notify them, they will replace the watch if any issues occur they are extremely easy to work with. Ordered the Peach- very nice!
