Rated 2 out of 5 by from Watch Died I am so sad to say that my Fitbit died. I had it for just over a year. It had it's weird tendencies like it would simply turn off randomly but generally it was a great watch. Even my $10.00 watches have lasted longer than one year. Guess I will go buy an Apple Watch to be it's replacement.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from fitbit problem the fitbit only lasted a year!! one day it just stopped lighting up, i charged it and it will not even turn on..... i read online that a lot of peoples fitbit products do this after approx. a year!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Do Not Recommend This was my first fitness device. i learned it costs more than other Fitbit models of these watches and DOES LESS! i Its HUGE like a mans watch with could be good is its a high end watch but this is plastic so your wrists sweats under it and the heat rate feature is not reliable, which is primarily why i bought it and of course i realized this after the return time.. i have been a QVC shopper for over ten years and i find the quality of some of their merchandise has gone down.. specifically they sell older models of many things stores have moved onto newer models.. in everything.. and they stay on one product on TV way to long.. I used to love QVC.. now.. not as much. And they the hosts are not as professional as they used to be! This batch of hosts talk among themselves like their at the gym?!. Please Clean it UP QVC.!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Dead in Less than a Year Ironically, my FitBit Versa, that I purchased mid-May 2019, died in the early morning hours of 1/1/2020. Tracking my resolution to be more active is being put on hold. The heart rate and all activity counts would not work, but it would sync and charge. Unfortunately, the things that worked were of no benefit due to the things that didn’t work. I contacted FitBit, and they are going to replace it. It has been 4 days, and I’m still waiting for it to be shipped. I am back to my Charge 3, which I like except that the display is only a couple of seconds. My eyes can’t even adjust in that length of time. Hopefully the replacement Versa will last. If not, it’s time to move on to another brand.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from AWFUL!! Purchased in April and it has not worked properly since June and today it gave up 100%. Won't work at all......Nothing........When you put it on the charger nothing.....When you put it on your arm nothing.........The app on my phone says it's has a 52% charge but nothing....no steps.....no time.....the screen is black with nothing. I will never buy another Fitbit product again. Oh well, Live and Learn.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed -1 I should have read the reviews before purchasing. It worked great for about 4 months and then the steps were not counting correctly and then it would not update and sync, stopped showing notifications. I will call customer care but not expecting much. I doubt I will ever buy another Fitbit again. Buyers beware!
