Rated 1 out of 5 by from Problem with Wifi/Bluetooth Connectivity I owned a Charge 3 prior to the versa and never had connectivity issues. I loved it, but it stopped working after several years. So, I saw this awesome price through QVC and decided to upgrade to the Versa. After receiving the versa, it doesn't recognize our high powered router with multiple wifi options to connect to and the bluetooth option does NOT keep my daily information updated on my phone. I have to try 6+ times to get it to update my information and not all the information is updated at once. It will update my steps after 6+ tries and then I have to wait and try multiple times more to have my sleep information updated. I requested QVC to replace it to see if it works better. I can only assume the one I received was defective, since it was not working right. I will keep you posted with the new one.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from ☹️disappointing I have been wanting a Fitbit forever ! I finally get this one and I’m so disappointed ! It was difficult to set up ! The free 3 month pandora subscription won’t download, my sleep tracker worked for 4 days and now only shows basic sleep pattern( which is one the reasons I purchased it) and when running outside I can’t see the #’s the face of the watch is totally black. I’ve googles issues and have done the suggested fixes but nothing is working !Based on other reviews I will be returning !

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Loving it! This is my first smart watch. I am really enjoying this Fitbit watch. I had no problem setting it up and it didn't take as long as it said it might. I love that I don't have to look at my cell phone every time I get a text, email or phone call and that I can reply or delete as I get them right from the watch. I use it as my alarm clock too. Their app is full of information and I like knowing all the information it gives me. I am not a lazy person, but this watch gets me moving and I look forward to seeing the results.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love This Watch! I have the Fitbit Charge 2 I bought a couple of years ago as a TSV but wanted to upgrade. Love the Fitbit Versa. Ordered the large and the bands fit as expected. Ordered the silver/gray combo and love it. This watch seems lighter on my wrist then the Charge 2. It’s not overly big and is a nice fit. Took a little longer to set up than my Charge 2 but it was pretty easy and now the fun begins. Love the different clock faces available and can change them easily depending on my mood or occasion. Still a lot to learn about all the different options and functions but it paired easily with my iPhone and iPad. Have already bought other watch bands from different vendors along with a screen protector (wish they would include that in the future offerings as it is important to help protect the watch display).

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Only an Exercise in Frustration The most exercise I’ve gotten in the two days since my Versa arrived is an enormous exercise in frustration. I bought two. Setting this thing up is beyond frustrating. No books. No paper printed instructions. All instructions are within the app, and if the device won’t set up, well then you’re out of luck - try searching for instructions on the internet - more frustration. Some features need to be set up on a computer, some say phone (?), near your wifi source, etc.: you’re instructed to click on the little gear icon, but there is no gear icon to click on. Half the apps won’t work. Half won’t sync. It is confusing to find features on the Versa app to change settings, and there are no printer paper references. My Alexa had no clue what a Versa was and I never did get it to work with the Versa. To find a clock face with military time, ALL clocks must be checked, clicked on, selected, and then you must find one with a setting in “details” that mentions it works with a military time option. Half the time THAT doesn’t work! Weather won’t work. The device won’t sync with my iPhone Xr. Some apps you can delete, others you can’t. I have decided to use this thing only for the time/date, counting steps and monitoring sleep patterns (which I can look at but cannot change my lifestyle to improve - it basically illustrates why I feel crummy some mornings). It IS very comfortable to wear. Save yourself a giant headache and just live without the device, take the stairs, park far from the store or work, eat salads, and drink water!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Came To Me Messed Up I'm sure the product is fine if you buy it from an actual fitbit seller. When I got it today the product seemed fine, it looked good, it had all its pieces. However, upon trying to set it up, it wouldn't turn on unless it was on the charger. I was so excited about getting it today now I have a product that won't work. I tried all the trouble shooting things, and even contacted Fitbit customer service with nothing working.
