Rated 2 out of 5 by from A “Wanna Be” at Best! I owned my Versa for exactly two years. It always seem to have connectivity issues with my Android Galaxy phone which led to many re-installs of the Android Fitbit app. Recently it started to display the incorrect time & would not sync with any devices I own! Sadly it’s out of warranty- Long & short..it’s now a flashing piece of junk without Bluetooth connectivity. Liked the convenience of displaying text on my wrist without finding my phone & the large watch display but I don’t think the two years of service is worth the price.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from FitBit Versa Gave it a stars cause I loved the look and size. It says the Versa is water proof... guess what! NOPE just a little water and it's done. Won't charge or turn on. Tried trouble shooting with customer service at FitBit, no help... was told there is nothing they can do. WOULDN'T RECOMMEND. WASTE OF MONEY. APPLE WATCH HERE I COME.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't Waste Your Money Bought the Fitbit versa because you could swim in it well that didn't go so well.didn't even swim in it just had my arms in the water and it stopped working so I got in touch with Fitbit they sent me a replacement and now that replacement went black won't charge won't do nothing went through the steps try get it started but nothing then they say my warranty was expired. They could give me a discount or something the purchasing another one why would I buy another one so disappointed In this.Fitbit should be ashamed of themselves because evidently this is a big problem with this watch of going dead way too much money for this problem to be happening.I wouldn't give it any stars but I had the least give one to post this

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Lot Of Money For One Year Working My Versa quit working a month after the warranty ran out. Bought as a TSV, spent $170 for a watch that last 13 months. Very disappointing. Save your money!! Don’t buy Versa!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very Disappointed in Fitbit Bought the Versa 10 months ago. I absolutely loved it. Best fitness tracker so far. And then, it died. Wouldn't register anything on the charger. Couldn't get it to do anything. Sent it back.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Quit Less Than A Year After Buying The watch was great until it quit about 9 months after buying it. Contacted Fitbit and they said they would send me a refurbished one or a discount on a new one. What ?! Went with the refurbished one because I was not wasting any more money. Two months after getting this one, it has quit also. The screens just go black and that’s it. Waste of money.

I don't like that it was suppose to come with 2 straps, 1 black one and 1 Gray one and it only came with the black one that was on the watch. I call several times before my 30 days were up and the phone rep kept saying that they had a claim into Fitbit about this. I said well my 30 days will be up and I won't be able to return. Not Happy about this.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Really bad build This is the worst and most expensive Fitbit I've ever owned. I have to redo setup about every three days. Keeps saying I need a firmware update on the device itself (not app update), and it will not connect to receive the update. I don't even have this thing paid off yet. I wish I had never gotten it.
