Rated 1 out of 5 by from Device croked after 28 days...won't re-sync Product worked fantastic for 28 days. Heart beat, steps, sleep monitoring loved it all. Then day 28 quit working. Been trying last 4 hours to re-sync. Went so far to Unpaired/re-paired device. uninstalled/reinstalled fitbit app. Now fitbit app won't recognize and re-install this device. The lights on back of watch used to flicker on/off so could tell working but nothing last couple days since stopped syncing. Now too late to return to QVC. Too expensive to re-purchase.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor synchronization! I have to uninstall and reinstall the Fitibt app at least once a week! Fitbit customer service can't help. Supposedly (??) their IT dept is working to improve this issue that many of us are having. I probably should just return it and get a less expensive smart watch. It can't work any worse than this one!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it!! Upgraded to Fit Bit Versa Lite -Vibrates and I am able to see the calls and texts coming thru with a swipe. Able to personalize my face. Added apps calculator and flashlight for free. Like the weather app too. Able to compete with relatives for workday hustle. Buying my husband one too.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from DOESN'T SYNC WITH PHONE THAT I ALSO BOUGHT FROM QV After trying a number of times.... it doesn't sync with the phone that I also bought from QVC... this has happened to me with another purchase.... why the HECK don't you do some customer service and have a list of phones that won't sync... Very disgusted! for info... it is a Motorola E5 that I bought from the Q!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Glad I purchased this product Loving my new Fitbit. It's simple to set up and pair to my Android phone. I really like being able to read my texts and respond with the built in messages. Knowing who is calling without pulling out my phone is a big plus. This is my first Fitbit and I have never tracked my steps etc. so I am very impressed and it certainly keeps me aware of my activity or lack of. My lilac band is cute too!!

I just got it yesterday and do not need to be frustrated for something that was portrayed as being a easy set up and does what it is suppose to do.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Tracker I purchased two of these when they were the TSV, wanting to upgrade from the Charge 2. I did do research prior to purchasing and probably would not have purchased the Versa Lite if I had iOS devices as the issues with iPhones have been ongoing. But they've worked great with both the Galaxy S5 and S7. Setup is very simple, the app guides you through each step. It does come with a single page of instructions to get you into the app for setup. My only complaints would be the lack of attractive clock faces that you don't have to pay for. Most of the clocks I like cost $1-$2, as do some of the apps for the watch. The other complaint is that the music controls do not work consistently and are a pain to have to set up every time you want to use them. It's also not clear how to set them up unless you Google it. Still, I don't think the Versa 2 and its 300 song storage and Alexa compatibility (which I don't use) are worth another $100. This model fits my needs quite well so far.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesn't Work !! I bought the Fitbit Versa Lite as the TSV - it arrived Saturday October 26th. I had to call Fitbit Customer Service on Sunday October 27th because it would NOT Sync - After 1 hour the rep got it working. I had to call back Tuesday October 29th with the Same problem - another 45 minutes on the phone with Fitbit Customer service. Again tonight - October 31 another 35 minutes on the phone with Fitbit Customer Service because it wouldn't Sync properly (all this after installing - and Uninstalling the Fitbit app several times) and now the weather jumps randomly back and forth from Fahrenheit to Centigrade during the day on its own - this time the rep told me to download the Fitbit app Again and when it was Done to Call Fitbit back. How QVC can sell such a piece of Garbage that doesn't even Work - and from a company (Fitbit) who has a customer service dept. that isn't willing OR able to get a Brand New Product to work is beyond me. When I called QVC the response was send it back and we will send you another one. I had a GARMIN activity tracker for 4 years with NO PROBLEMS and a Fantastic customer service dept. that actually spoke English. I thought I was Upgrading by getting a Fitbit...But the response by BOTH QVC and Fitbit shows me I am wrong guess.....Save your money - this thing is a piece of garbage that Doesn't work....
